Yep, her behaviour towards him is inexcusable. She's snarky and harsh when all she had to do was sit down and talk to him and try to find a way to save their relationship TOGETHER. At this point, he's the one who is loving for both of them and it's unfair to him.

I think the writers intentionally make him seem so unfit; unfit for a boyfriend / husband and unfit for taking serious, rational decisions. He lacks common sense and the ability to read behind words. He's too gullible for a CEO. It's intentionally made so that WR taking over the foundation in time will be natural and the only option. NY will not only lose $$, but power too, and that'll hurt a lot. Can't wait.
