I don't know what is the law in Korea about this matter, but judging from the fact that SY has already said that the only thing she wants is to see her daughter's face and NOT win the trial, you might be right. It's a foreshadow that makes me believe that SJ won't be registrated as SY's biological child, provided that WR IS REGISTERED AS SY's son. I don't think we should worry about the main leads' relationship, it'll happen one way or the other.🤭

That he's crossing the line between a doctor and a patient, maybe? WR has said more than once that SJ is his patient. Twisted ppl like her could use their current living together status against them.

I need subtitles to confirm it, but it seems that Nayoung might be blackmailing Woori in the next episode? She's surely capable of anything; big applause to the actress though. She's playing the role perfectly and her transformation to a classy sophisticated woman that's suitable for a chaebol heir is spot on.

I enjoyed the sweet moments WR and SJ shared. These two have a very good chemistry and can't wait for them to become a couple. However, since it's a family drama, we shouldn't expect intimate scenes like kissing, right? Oh, and I'm content that WR is thinking of what HS said over and over again.

HS is always HS... 🙄 delusional and crying over the spillt milk. Part of me wants NY to make him suffer, but I know it's not going to happen since she'll fall for him. I won't be happy with their happy ending, but c'est la (k-drama) vie!!!

As much as I understand that HS's character was written this way for making it easier for Suji to see WR as a man and for viewers to sympathize with the upcoming romance, it's still over the top. If we accept that HS has indeed psychological issues, it's a writing flaw that Suji, herself being a psychiatrist, hasn't already made the relevant diagnose. Hopefully, we saw WR thinking over the "Suji is mine" statement, so he at least seems to notice that something isn't right.

You are right, but you forget the factor that WR is probably the lost child. Once Mari starts digging info about him to find out who is the doctor who made her son furious, it's game over. As for HS, he is already under NY's control. Anyway, we'll see how it goes. Almost 1/3 of the drama is covered, there's still too much ahead of us.

I'm not so sure about that... remember how he disarmed Nayoung with only two words. He's not as soft as he looks, he's a tough opponent and a better psychiatrist than Suji; he measures ppl right and that's a huge advantage.

Right!?! If you have watched "Crazy Love" you surely must remember the 2FL! She was as delusional as Hyunsung. The ML kept telling her that he was in love with the FL, but she was convinced he wanted to take revenge (they had history as a couple). It was insane. I don't know why writers are obsessed with this. Lazy, bad writing at its fullest.

Omo, the mother/daughter revelation is happening earlier than I thought! Of course it's not going to happen tomorrow, however the seeds are planted and are waiting for the harvest. Tbh, I'd be glad if things speeded up a little; though I think the revelation will take place as soon as the trial for the adoption starts. In the meantime, I do hope the leads will start realising their feelings at last, esp Woori who has fallen first. It's nice to see Suji cracking a smile whenever they talk; the ice is slowly but stadily breaking, and her healing is progressing.

As for Woori, I agree that his behaviour is exaggerated, but itsthe way for us viewers to realize that he has lingering feelings for Suji. I guess he's an amateur in dating so everything he does is over the top 🤭.

Agreed; however, there's a huge difference. Yoonja is portrayed as silly compared to Sunyoung, who is portrayed as classy and composed, while Nayoung is evil but clever and knows how to stand in high society circles. Their motives also differ. The former did it as a self protection mechanism (she wanted desperately her child to have a family and be raised properly), while the latter is more calculative and is driven out of jealousy, spite, and inferiority complex. The purpose is the same, but the means are different.

My guess is that she'll be forgiven although I prefer she wouldn't be. I have issues with her mother too. She needs to be punished one way or the other for deliberately destroying a family. Let's see how it will go.

First of all, I must say how much irritated I am because it took ages for Kocowa Europe to upload the episode (it was uploaded a while ago).

Secondly, I don't believe in Nayoung's sincerity. Her apologizing is just a part of her plan of getting into the rich circle and dragging Suji further down. Surprise, Nayoung... you aim at the wrong target coz Woori is Mari's first born! Good that Suji didn't buy it for now, although I am afraid that giving away her coordinates will backfire on her.

Hyunsung is as delusional as ever, and our boy Woori is at the early stages of lovestruck. The next episodes are going to be very interesting now that he knows Nayoung is Suji's "sister". And yes, Sunyoung is very nosy, I would also be very angry with her. Her nerve to open the closet 🙄. We know now how she'll discover Suji is her daughter. Call me mean if you like, but I don't want their coming back together as mother/daughter to be done smoothly. I want angst and pain 😆

In Ep41 Woori shows not only that he is a good psychiatrist, but also that he is a very trustworthy person, a man that someone can rely on. I wish his character will be further developed; but even so, the comparison to Hyunsung is inevitable. His mild personality is doing wonders on Suji, whose healing process has begun.Suji & Woori has become my comfort drama.

True, his "reason" for returning to Korea was so unreasonable. I agree, the real reason will cause huge problems for him. I'm expecting anything; an illegitimate child might be a solid reason.

Well, the main couple has started experiencing the first shiver; I'm waiting for Kocowa to drop the subtitles as I'm very curious about two particular scenes: Suji / Sunyoung and Woori / Suji's father.

Did his parents visit him all these years? I don't remember if it was mentioned. If not, I wouldn't be surprised if he was, let's say, in prison.

However, I don't think she'll end up with Hyunsung. I choose to believe (and hope) that karma will hit her hard, and she'll end up all alone. She doesn't deserve a redemption arc.As for Hyunsung, why do I suspect that his USA past will soon haunt him? We know he was there for ten years, but we don't know anything about his life; I wouldn't mind him having a dirty past at all!

The teacher will be a huge problem later on as the show progresses. After SY finally finds her daughter and heals from her trauma, I bet she'll recognize her feelings towards WS and the bomb will explode. Even if he mans up and sets his own boundaries, I see the teacher causing trouble and not leaving him alone. Psycho signs are already here.

I agree with other users, it's about time WR's backstory to be revealed. I guess we'll get bit by bit of it as soon as he and SJ become closer and start talking and confiding to each other; however, his birth secret should start to unfold soon, and once it does, he will be in the center of hatred and controversy. If that happens, I would love to see SJ supporting him just as he does with her.
