Good analysis. My only additional comments are (1) Aside from Jung Soon and Woo Chang, I do not think that there…
WooRi is definitely MaRi's son. Although her husband loved her, their marriage was arranged. She must have had a relationship prior her wedding, got pregnant and her father forced her to give birth in secret and the child was left either at the monastery or at an orphanage. We don't have any clues about how WooRi ended up with his current mom.
I'm glad the stepmom, at least, isn't the Cinderella type stepmother but realizes the harm she's done. Despite having destroyed Suji's family in the first place, she seems to care a bit about her and not just for money milking. Can't wait for #SujiAndUri to become a couple!
It's ending next week, but I still can't feel the desperate love Jungwon and Taeheon share, and I put the blame mainly on FL's acting.Predictable plot, but I keep watching because of Jang Seungjo. He's the best among the three.
There are so many plot holes. All the things he did to get out of jail, couldn't he do them one month earlier?…
The diary thing. PJE must think she was so clever with it, but honestly... we've seen Eunsung prior this scene putting a gps bug on Haein's car. He's super controlling, has isolated and brainwashed her, still the parcel from Germany was left unnoticed by him??? Give me a break. It's an insult to viewer's intelligence along with other absurd things in previous episodes.
Queen of Tears must be the worst written high budget drama ever. It's a real shame because it had so much potential, but they threw it out the window.
I've already said this on X, I'll say it here. The plot has no coherence as if it was written by AI piece by piece and put together with no regard for consistency or logic. If it wasn't for the amazing actors, the drama would have been mediocre, nothing special. Thank God, it ends tomorrow.
PS: I haven't checked the tags on this site, but if they haven't already been edited, I guess they should be as soon as possible. The main genre is melodrama, followed by revenge, revenge, melodrama, revenge, revenge, romance.😅
I won’t be able to see him as a good guy role in future in a drama ,He should keep on doing as Villain 😄
Right, I was expecting to see his evil side in Not Others, but he remained a good cop till the end, lol. Jokes aside, he really must be careful of typecast. It's close.
Eun Seong covering his hand like Hyun Woo, it's not like she remembers, I wonder why.
He's obsessed with both of them. He's mimicking Hyunwoo's hairstyle too. It's not that Haein will have another incident of mixing faces, so I wonder why he did it, but probably the answer is he's just a psycho and belongs to asylum.
I hope we all agree that the villains sidestory is being dragging too much. Tbh, I would have dropped long ago if not for the exceptional acting of the leads. And I could have turned a blind eye to everything, I could even tolerate the mediocre writing, if the miscarriage thing had been resolved between the couple. Hello, they were driven apart because of this, they almost divorced and when they finally reconciliated and started afresh, they didn't speak not even once about this??? The most crucial thing that can happen to a couple???
Anyway, it's ending next week, I also think we'll get a happy ending one way or the other. Perhaps there's a time jump before Haein recollects her memories. We'll see.
➖️ Perhaps I am tired, but ep1 made no sense to me. ➕️ Cast, unique plot. Industrial espionage and greedy, unscrupulous CEOs who stop at nothing always fascinated me.
Hong Su Zu did not bring life to Hye-won’s character at all, I don’t even know how to express it. Her face…
Right. Hyewon is a controversial character to begin with, and I'd say it'd be an interesting, complex character had another more experienced actress played it. It's obvious someone must have helped HSZ to take this role; a bad decision as it seems since she's partnered with two male leads who can act and act well.
TBH, as a drama, this one is below average, it has so many plot holes, and the story and character development…
My biggest issue with this drama isn't the love triangle and the FL's character but the characters' inconsistencies in a whole, especially Taeoh's character. It's as if each episode is written by a different person who didn't bother to read the previous ones and catch up. Episodes 9 and 10 were the worst in this aspect. Perhaps it would be better if it was a 16 episode drama, Idk. Anyway, I'm happy it's ending next week.
Everyone lets place some bets lol. Will Du sik not being in the audience ruin Baek Doo's mojo and winning streak?…
I want to believe he will become champion. Perhaps he'll lose the second round, but I have a hunch that Dusik will message him making his self-confidence boost.🙏

Off I go to episode 2.
Another twist could be that the whole story is in her imagination since she's suffering from polar disorder.
