I'm genuinely gonna be really pissed if Poi is lying ( if its proven in court or if there is concrete evidence)…
YES! Thank you, I agree 100! I was reading your whole comment mentally screaming in agreement. I made a much shorter comment about this a few days ago saying that I was neutral.
And his acting in KP? Effing phenomenal! I didn't see many complaints about the character while it was airing (in fact, quite the opposite), but suddenly now everyone not only hates him, but also his acting?! VegasPete kept the show alive for me, and yes the other factors were great, but they were the most memorable and the reason I rewatched; I RARELY rewatch shows.
I can't see Pete as anyone else. If they recasted I'd be a bit upset to say the least because as a viewer(and absolute lover of the first season), it would disrupt the flow of the story. I'd find it hard to see it as a sequel when the faces aren't even the same, especially with such an emotional show like this. I'd constantly be comparing and contrasting with the previous cast and then when thinking about S1, I'd have to mentally rewrite so the new actor is in....it might sound odd, but that's just me.
I dislike cast changes so much that if I find out beforehand a series I want to watch has one, I won't watch it at all.
Actually, in real life Tinn's decision to abandon that important meeting and running to the musical competition…
Hmm, true. It's kind of unrealistic to leave, especially half-way through. I do understand him though, as a high schooler you don't always have your priorities straight.
I don't think he didn't believe in him, I just think that he wanted to witness something that was very important for Gun. It was a large milestone for the band and I wouldn't want to miss it either.
It's unreal how much I love this show. Almost everything else recently has been boring, too cringy, or just unentertaining. I have been waiting for MSP since around last spring and it does not disappoint! It's just the right amount of fluff and corny-ness, the chemistry IS there, and although the plot alone sounds kind of boring it works well with everything else. For me, I feel the focus isn't the plot, but the characters; it wouldn't be half as good without the actors' hilarious facial expressions and on-cue sound effects.
So, first finished drama of 2023, and also the first disappointment for me. I was so excited but I just feel like it didn't deliver as much as I would have liked it to. PruekManow was the best thing to come out of this.
Damn. I came expecting to see comments on KP completely ignorant of whatever happened with the cast and I see all this. I skimmed a few things abt Build and god damn, what is up with all the scandals in BL? I don't know what actually happened, one because I don't care about Build or the cast enough to research thoroughly, and two because we don't know what's true or not.
I won't be supporting Build but I'm not going to attack him either. And what the comment below me said about the crocodile tears, I agree. They're actors, who knows what's sincere and what isn't? It's just a shame now though that my enjoyment whenever I rewatch KP will be tainted because of all this.
Yeah, I agree. I also found the actors of that gay couple like "embarrassed" in that scene, you could see that…
Tell me about it, the 'shock' and 'happiness' of one of them was just not believable. And the recording killed me, he was like 1 metre in front of them.

Such a cozy sort of thing to watch.
