THIS. I feel like she’s smart enough to notice how her brother changed so drastically. Also, when she was first…
Yes THIS! I dont understand why she thought Fugui cant expel the black fox without hurting him? He done it before with Quan Jing Ting, till now he still alive. Isnt she the one who naively think her brother's evil deed is due to black fox? I mean even Rumu is sober enough to not believe his dad. And when she knew her brother's evil deed, why she went along with him, instead of correcting him, what is the use of her power if she cant even do this. The black fox can only succeed when they have hatred in their heart, and both volunteer in join hands with the black fox, she didnt force them. And Fugui never have any hatred for the Yiqi Alliance elders, i dont understand why she need to take revenge for Fugui? He knew they didnt believe him because they are afraid of the prophecy and also afraid of him too. If he want to kill them, it is so easy like breaking a branch. But that only mean it prove them right that he become evil because of demon. He giving away his sword meridien has many purpose, beside proving the prophecy is wrong, he also want to save his dad and Rumu. And he also want to be the bait to luring the black fox.
On the plus side, though I miss our Fugui, I like that they're taking the time to flesh out the side characters…
And those lanterns was lighted by his fire blood, you know how much his life essence was used to do that, it was mention when he fight with Madame Yin before. It is his only way to reach her, because noone knew where she is. And i feel he can sense if she is in danger too, they have that connection, because it was his life essence that he gave to her when he turned her into human.
These two episodes had my heart yearning for more Cheng Yi moments. He was barely even on screen for 5 minutes…
Yes like i dont get what this non-sense hate toward Fugui, all the suffering he experience is coming from Madame Yin and tht lord city. Why he channelling his hate and frustation not getting her sister love toward Fugui? 😑
They should’ve added a scene where the ML at least stared absent-mindedly at the many silk handkerchiefs she…
In those happy days they spend together in that lantern village, Fugui open his heart to her, smile so lovingly to her. I wish their time together in that village is more longer🥺 it is the happiest moment i ever see them together, that is why Fugui keep remembering it🥺🥺🥺
It doesn’t help that they didn’t share a scene together for like 7 episodes straight…like what are the writers…
If they dont add her brother role in it, they can become lover properly. When Fugui was banished to western region, he came back to bring her together. But thanks to her brother kidnapping her, their time together was lost🤧🤧🤧🤧
I remembered tht fake lantern seller said, he inject magic into the lantern to make the fire long lasting even in the storm. Fugui doesnt have his sword meridien anymore, his only magic coming from the fire blood inherited from his mom. But to use it, it cost his own life essences🥺🥺🥺 so many lanterns that he made, because those lanterns are his only bridge to outside western region due to Yiqi alliances binding curse. He doesnt have to use his fire blood, but only she know the significant of the lanterns, so it is his only way to reach her 🥺🥺🥺 Fugui doesnt care much about his condition, his body already show the stress signal, he keep feeling tired, i think the fox also notice this🥺 at first i also thought it is because he feel relax didnt have to practice sword anymore, but he still tried hard to nurture back his magic. It is because his body took the toll for his overusing his fire blood, so his condition deteriorate😭😭😭
When you saw this scenes you see he cried so hurting while draw out his sword vein .Cheng Yi said when he discussion…
Yes ChengYi's understanding of his roles really amazed me. The empathy and genuine care for his roles🥹🥹🥹 the scene is really sad, he carefully look behind, seems like want to perserved it in his heart, all those years he spend his life there. When he forcing the sword meridien out, feels like it didnt want to come out from his body 😭😭😭😭😭 Fugui is such beautiful person, he has a really big heart and full of compassion. He also perceptive, he knew they wont believe him even after what he has done for them. But he believe his sacrifice is necessary to protect his dad and to save Rumu🥹🥹🥹🥹 When he said, all his life is best at enduring,,,😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 i just wanna hug this poor babyyyyy😭😭😭😭😭
