It seem the issue is in her 1st part of the novel. I assume maybe that is why HR only bought the 2nd part of the IP right. But from people who already read both part of the novel, the 2nd one has more interesting story. I only read the 2nd one, maybe later i will read the 1st one, to know more about Fu Yun Shen story before the accident. Because the 1st part focusing more on Fu Xizhou and Gu Ruan Ruan. And only told Fu Yun Shen story in the background, like how the 2nd part did the same.

Worthy to watch indeed. But with the way the drama story create the female lead character, i would prefer they focus more to war and court scene. To see Cheng Xu and Cheng Rui outwitted each other. I think it is brilliant move of Cheng Rui to use Ming Yu's son to ensure his legacy even after he died. He know Cheng Xu really well. And how Cheng Xu defeat Qi Han, by using his own man, He Shao Yong. I think He Shao Yong is a smart advisor, he could see the strengths and weaknesses of person. I like his advice to Cheng Xu, that noting about Ming Yu scheming.
I think there should be a bottom line for scheming, not to use it to the people who really care about you. I think it is Ming Yu lost, that she failed to see Cheng Xu's heart and his capabilities.

Yes i did. I only sort of skip eps.51-54 because the story already focus about Qi Yuan. And went to watch eps.55-56, to see the ending and Cheng Xu.

Yes i feel you. I tried to balance it by watching comedy drama in between. It sort of ease my heart.

Actually YBY only contract actress under HR if they have drama production work related. Her agency is Nok Media 诺心传媒
So Cheng Yi option under HR, other than YZ, JT, they also have Ying Er, they collaborate in Deep Lurk. But i don't think they will limit the option if there is a need, Imperial Age is also Huanrui drama production, but the male lead Feng Shao Feng is from other agency.
I think it depend how much the budget production that they will allocate for artist fee vs CGI, costumes, etc.

Because the video shown in videotron of a mall. And further more, the content of the video is showing marriage certificate of the 2 of them. If that is not misleading information, i don't know what do people call for that.

Hmmm Two Doubts drama is Huace production, it is not even HuanRui drama production. I am not sure how HR could possibly involved in his rival company. And Huace even a bigger company than HR. Huace even owns Heavenly Official Blessing IP right.

Naahhh, you'll get pass it ;D Cheng Yi's portrayal of Li Yan is so different than Si Feng. His Li Yan is not so innocent compare to Si Feng. His disdain look, his arrogance, his contempt and cynicism toward people, and he is a manipulator and somewhat womanizer. So i already seen him as Li Yan, not Si Feng anymore ;D But underneath the mask, we haven't fully see his other side yet.
And Zhang Yu Xi, i sense the difference even more from the 2nd trailer, her character Cheng Ruo Yu is more naive than Ling Long.

Haha yes emperor, i forgot it's Tang. I think it depends how big the country/kingdom is to be entitled as an emperor. Lets see how the drama story will evolved ;D
