Oh God.. I hope you are wrong. I very much like Luhan but he is not a good actor and no, just because he was presentable…
You can do whatever you want. I will stand by my opinion, you can stand by yours. My question is: Was it growing as an actor or a fluke? As of now we don't know but you can bet on him all your money if you want him that much. I won't.
Oh God.. I hope you are wrong. I very much like Luhan but he is not a good actor and no, just because he was presentable…
Yeah.. That is what I am saying. I am perfectly fine with a new talent as long as he is good as XL. The thing is, Luhan is not new, I've known him since his debut and in my opinion he is not a good actor. I do think people can act better with a talented director but do we really want to bet with a hugely antipicated drama on someone who's been more mediocre than good in his projects? At the end of the day, if he was chosen, we can do nothing but hope he blows everyone's minds when the drama comes out. I just wanted to share my opinion.
Ok, I just wanted to say something that I think is pretty logical. I hope that some people understand, and agree…
Oh God.. I hope you are wrong. I very much like Luhan but he is not a good actor and no, just because he was presentable in his latest project, it doesn't make him a great actor. I would rather watch someone unknown that does a great job than someone with a big fandom. This drama doesn't need big names, it has enough clout already. Also, Luhan is pretty, but he doesn't have that godly aura.
The leads' chemistry is great and the male lead is swoony as hell. The last two episodes disappointed me but up until that point, I had a lot of fun. I will re-watch this for sure.
One of the best Korean dramas, I watch it every year. Amazing chemistry and acting, I also loved the writing. Cheon Song Yi is in my top 5 best K-drama female characters.
I remember when this came out, it was so good. I couldn't wait each week to watch the newest episodes. I love how we slowly learn what happened in the past. It is so heartbreaking yet beautiful.
The ending disappointed me. Up until the first half of ep 20, I had a lot of fun but that ending was embarrassing. I am not sure if I will ever re-watch this.
I felt that they are quite different. I personally think the romance is sprinkled throughout MDZS too and so you can see how different people's opinions are, I definitely prefer MDZS (TU). I am not biased because of the live adaptation. I'd read the book before TU came out. I always preferred MDZS and probably always will. I love WangXian's love story better. Try to read/watch both and decide for yourself.
Iconic. The writing, cgi and the extras are all terrible but the two male leads' acting is magic. This drama was a hit because Bai Yu and Zhu Yilong are one of the most talented actors I've seen. Especially Zhu Yilong who is the king of micro expressions. Also, this drama did a lot for the cause for C-BL dramas, so have respect, peeps. This drama crawled so the others can walk and later run.
With regards to the Immortality's release date, I think I could understand if they might move it a bit further…
Yeah, The Untamed was the real game changer. I mean Guardian was the first big hit and great example of starting to test the censorship's limits but The Untamed is the golden standard for perfect adaptation and chemistry. Everything that comes after TU has to live up to it (which WoH does well) and it is a huge task but can be done.
