He found him on the first day, grabbed him for his hand (non consensual physical contact), followed him to the student club, starred at while Takara was in the store, was listening to Takara getting confession from that girl, always observes him while he is having a lunch.. or even just sitting on a bench.

Then she opened his documents and tried to temper with the evidence in order to clean her filthy a*s.
If she finds the ML untrustworthy - ok. The situation is difficult. But don’t chase him and affect him both work and love wise, only to lie and potentially ruin someone else’s life.
