The show had a great concept, but the execution is just sloppy.
If they wanted to develop a romance between the leads, they should have involved JH into their plan.
It just made me uncomfortable to watch that someone would chase his brother’s fiance. And then expeted his brother to love him?
Also her clinging onto him and basically begging him to take her. Yet she will now ignore him, when it actually makes sense for two of them to start developing the relationship.
After dragging his emotions in, now she will back out. Meanwhile JH once again wont care about his brother’s feelings and why he had to do something. Only his impulsive behavior matters.

Selfish brother forcing his goals onto the hyung. Yet avoiding the same when offered. Then he runs after his brother’s “gf”.
The FL who has a contract, but then runs after the “future husbands” brother, who on top of that was all this time insulting her. Yet they do it publicly to add more issues to the drama.
The second ML aka the delulu gay, who now thinks this is all fun.
Oh let’s not forget the fl’s sister who randomly opens contracts? Who does that?
Despite all hardships Hyun Woo had, I don’t think a good person would be happy to heard about potential death of their current or former partner.
The happier he got and shared it with his friend, the more I started to consider psycho Eun Seong as a good option.
Hae In obviously never asked him to run and clean after her family, it was his inferiority complex that pushed him to do so. And then he started to shift the frustrations onto her.
Yes, she seems cold, but I think it was obvious that she was keen to open for him. He just never allowed her to do it.
Even now in the final scene. She wanted to share her fear, but he was screaming and then turning his back. Yet this time she did it as the fear must be unimaginable.
Imagine a story where a villain has this crazy plan to take over a conglomerate by marrying a heiress to it. He works on it for many years, basically has invested his whole life to it and needs to make her divorced in order to achieve the goal.
But she dies. And all of it goes to nothing.
In a weird and morbid way, it would be fun to watch. Something like the Parasite!
I really had high hopes for this show and I genuinely wish to finish it. But it’s getting more and more ridiculous to the point that my head hurts lol.
In every drama journalists can’t say a single word about chaebols, here one guy basically caused chaebol heiress’s death and he is still pushing around them. No valid reason.
JH shamelessly pushing his brother into something for his own good and ignoring his brother’s feelings and dreams, yet gets upset that his brother is done with it. - He meddles with brother’s GF and her life, yet goes around saying she is the manipulator. Despite everything she is falling for him lol.
Now watch the peak of JH’s hypocrisy when CEO Yoon proposes to him. He will have a chance to get what he desires by himself, but all of a sudden he will run away from everything he tried to push onto his brother.
He expected DH to be understanding of his dreams and to give up on his life, but he won’t do it himself.
It has cute and funny moments, I enjoy this type of humor. However I do feel like maybe they should have waited until next week to start with the terminal illness thingy.
It’s hard to grasp it if you are also introducing a second male lead, since it won’t matter. Even without the illness it would require some time for a development.. so it kind of makes no sense.
Additionally, I don’t get how would things change so quickly between them since the wedding? Especially since he was so much in love. But ok, let’s see how it goes further.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind if this show had even 30 episodes or more seasons.
I really enjoy it and the balance they so with action, thriller and comedy. Romance is slowly getting there, but it’s not in the focus, so it doesn’t distract you from the story.

So what can you take out of information that a guy spent night out in a hotel with his brother’s girlfriend? Then sent her on a blind date with a creep (“but he is a good boy, he didn’t know it’s a jerk who went on it”). Then when his half-sibilings use it against all 3 of them (with having the FL most affected by it), is it gonna be fine? As long as he does few cute faces, right?

Not only is he pushing his desire onto his brother (who doesn’t share the same goals), he is going after his (official) gf/fiance.
He dragged her to Busan, left traces and most likely CCTV of staying the night together. This will not only make her into a sugar babe who is a “no name actress chasing chaebol brothers”. At the same time his brother will lose a chance to have a partner in the fight he was thrown in.
Then JH sends her on a blind date, to make her look even worse, only to act as if he cares and most likely leave further traces that will make her look even worse. As everyone always loves to attack on girls rather than guys in these cases.
To make it worse, not only he is playing with a heart of another woman, he wants to push her into a marriage with his brother. His genius plan is to steal his brother’s gf, marry him to someone he doesn’t want to, force him to take a position he doesn’t want to.. only to put himself in power on his brother’s back.
What a logic.. so majestic. Yet, everyone will find 10 reasons why it’s ok bcs he is handsome and the main character. So why not…
Let’s say his brother was str8, does he think that by stealing his GF they could stay as brothers? And on top…
He has no clear picture on what is going on. At this point, he thinks that DH is str8 and that AJ is trying to use him.
Yes, they are not greatly in love, but he wouldn’t say he will try to “steal her”, unless he believed she has a certain meaning to DH.
Yes, it’s all great as you wanna ship the lead couple so it’s nice to have an adjusted perception due to the storyline’s future, however from the ML’s current POV this is how it is.
If he only did that “because he cares”, he wouldn’t push at the same time for DH’s wedding with someone else. Nor to put him in a position he doesn’t want to. It’s not that difficult to understand it :)
