I kind of knew how the webtoon goes and the idea of someone taking the place of KJW made sense. However I was still thinking how strange it feels to watch MLs sending someone to their death.

But since the one who ended up dead is the previous killer, never mind! Love it! Haha

It is. I am actually going through the pretty much the same process as her. My background and expectations are not allowing me to fully break down. But the holding up process is not easy.

When they met he was staring at her in a sus way. The child actress was ~11 at the time, so she obviously looked as a baby. However she said she is 14 (at least what Netflix subs said), and he was kind of “ooooh” smirking. Then the older she got, he was getting closer, meaning he actually had her in mind from the beginning. Yup, he was waiting for her, but I just find these aspects a bit too much for the TV.

Unfortunately East Asia has this culture where they love petite and super skinny girl that act like children (cute or specifically “aegyo” in korean), so taking their body proportions.. it tells you something. In reality it’s a present situation all over the world (both internet and society can prove it), however in some parts of the world it’s not broadcasted.

I might be a bit more subjective to it, as someone with a baby face who is often approached by 20-35 yo guys.. only to have them turn the other way when they hear I am 28 xD. Meaning that my face, looks or personality did not change, but just the information on age.. it tells you what they love.

I just wish for younger people to be more careful with older guys, despite how nice they might be. Nothing against the character or the actor in this show.

Plus the idea of buying such a huge plot of land just to build a law school itself? Yeah, lawyers are paid well, but partially bcs the number of them with valid licenses is limited by the association and schools that already have reputation.

In the end, law schools are part of universities, otherwise there would be no profit.

I just love how kdramas take something randomly and make it “the biggest and most influential” only to add layers of power to villains. And then they get kicked out in the most ridiculous way xD

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if she died and the show was over.

There is nothing so stupid like characters who think they know it all and fall for the most ridiculous things done by villains.

In addition to this, despite them being all mighty lawyers, no one will think of using this situation to resolve the issue. She has dashcam recording of being picked up by her ex’s secretary and going into the building. Also them leaving without her. Since she was locked and it went in flames - perfect scenario for a media drama and revenge. But I doubt they thought it through while writing the show.

I tried to watch this, but I m not sure what is more disturbing. Her acting as a 10 yo kid (plus the scenes where the child actor was basically 11) or him liking it?

I knew it that there was no way she was 14 as they tried to sell it in Hidden Love. Ughh

I get you and I usually prefer the human ones. However I ve noticed that in kdramas they still don’t know how to do it naturally.

If they wish to show growth, the first thing they do is smack the FL into the floor and drag her few kilometers. Only then they magically overcome their obstacle s and grow.

I would rather see then grow, but in a reasonable way. Like maybe they don’t have money and power, but they might have the survival instincts and some knowledge to fight. And then gradually getting everything they need.

It usually always goes suddenly from one end (which is I can’t do anything) to all of a sudden “i can do it all” end.

If this makes sense? Haha

I hope so! As long as its not one of those “magical kdrama moments” where they were “pretending to be” in order to stay close to someone. If that happens…

Tags are saying “gay romance” and pointing out to Do Han, but then we have two female leads and no potential partner for Do Han. So what’s the thing?!

Hmmmm… i don’t know, so far I don’t find anything exciting about this story. And characters are kind of more on the unlikable side. Too many negative ones in comparison to the good ones.

The good ones are not as smart, so it goes down.

So in the end it’s not that JiWon is smart, but rather she only had the upper hand by knowing what will happen. Sad :(

Jiwon said that manager Yang disappeared in her first life at some point. Well now we know why. But what did she come up with? “Oh it’s because of me., cuz I’m the center of Universe”.

Then she dumped Ji Hyuk without taking his feelings into consideration, claiming “she is against one sided breakups”.. lol

But also Ji Hyuk.. he knows Yoora and has all that money, but he didn’t consider using it to protect himself and someone close to him. And to play the same game. But no, he will rather drive himself to death cuz he is so insistent on fulfilling his destiny xD

In the end, the villains were and still are way ahead of them. Despite of the situation, they find their ways out.

Why are korean script writers so obsessed with screwing up their stories? Like no, not every single drama needs that makjang moment.
