Too many self entitled characters doing anything they please and the ones that should be on the move are just existing. And doing some kissing to make it exciting:(
Am I the only one skipping scenes with Ga Young and the Assistant? They are the worst developed characters.
Assistant’s job is to keep secrets and assist their superior. He always “by accident” spills everything to GY or literally anyone out there. It’s supposed to be comedic, but… it’s not lol.
GY be like: “Awww poor 300 yo demon is about to die! Can’t you just kill yourself so I could be ignored for the next eternity of his life? Your 20 something years of life are pretty much enough”
I want to say the below because I am super annoyed by some of these inane comments here.I feel like idol actor…
Yup, but that happens on every single show or comment if you’re critical of something.
Quite often my issues are rather with scripts than actors. I write it directly, but some people go nuts in replies thinking it’s a criticism of their biases. And I m like.. wtf? Especially when everything you say is about a plot line and no trace of mentioning an actor or so haha
The last episode was super fun! The only thing I would add or change is to have someone using the mayors behavior against him.
If he openly goes around saying he married one of grooms, its him admitting the sabotage. Thus he could be punished, rather than going around and opening doors.
So to sum it up, the whole show is based on a decision by one imaginary guy to ruin lives of two people who ruined his never existing relationship .
Just because one child promised him a stone in the past and the puberty had done her correctly. So he can’t forget her.
In addition he has many powers, but never used them to protect her when he was a main lead for a moment. But now when he is the antagonist, his powers are unlimited.
I thought they will convince that scholar to attend the wedding and then swap him with the minister’s son.By…
Unpopular opinion: Mother in law is the best written character. She is so smart and every step she takes is exciting to watch. In the end she was even right when talking about the wedding.
She only used what was already fixed by Yeojudek. While she tried to make it all “for love”, in reality her mismatch was leading two couples in the wrong direction.
One moment he is talking how someone is on to his true identity and will most likely snoop around. Then he keeps…
So if your life potentially depended on one item that could expose all of your weaknesses, while there is someone openly trying to harm you (or someone close to you), would you forget about it?
Especially if you no longer have those powers to protect yourself or others.
That is a more reason why he should have taken a better care of it.
And my point is not that I am criticizing a character (as that makes people feel personal), I just think that from a writer’s point of view it could have been done more smoothly. Especially since the character is such a powerful and experienced being. This way they are making him silly :(
That killer guy all of a sudden has more power to him than a demon himself. He is all over the place and no one…
He lost his power, but at the same episode they showed he has a safe (vault). All he had to do is to keep it safe. It doesn’t require any magic or power to itself.
Same for the room. It was closed in all previous scenes while they were at the office, but then they decide to open it wide when no one is there. :/
Also for how long are they just gonna take the beating from the stepmom?Even though he is dying, he doesn’t…
Unfortunately.. until the very moment when leads get lucky and one small move they do somehow collapses the villain’s well developed plan. And we all go awee xD
But it still takes me some time to digest that it’s not a healing drama, but rather the opposite haha

But oh well.. people

If any other character can do it, why is she the only one not using shadow games? Thats why its sad.

For example Hometown Cha Cha Cha. The story was placed in a small town and it was still well written, developed and never boring!
Meaning that one really doesn’t need three break ups to get the views.
Not gonna lie, I did so with many shows before.
I just wonder how thinks this would be a great “storyline”? :((
Why do kdramas waste their opportunities on stupid plot lines?
