First of all, this is a historical rom-com adjusted to the TV screens. Not even a real life historical drama. Second of all, if we were going by the historical facts, she wouldn’t be considered a suitable candidate for his wife.

So if you get aroused by the teen-noona romance, I am not gonna judge. But I will point out that such narratives are even more of a taboo for the “anti-woke” warriors :)

He wants to say something, takes him forever. When he finally starts something, she stops him and wants to go first. Then she goes to toa and we have to wait for three years till the scene is over. Then again, dragging and dragging only for nothing to happen.

They killed the comedy which was supposed to be a key element of this show.

I am not sure if waiting for so long is worth it. I had high expectations and hopes for this show. :(

Also that bully being like “oh there is a random post saying someone turns into a dog. Makes sense, let me investigate on it by trying to probe a grown up version of the person I bullied”.

And then he will be able to see her transformation before the one who needs to and who can save her life. Lol.

This storyline is a bullsh*t. At this point it’s not even funny anymore.

Her sister is the most annoying and toxic character I have seen lately in kdramas. She would rather turn her sister into a sexual predator on her student than trust HIS UNCLE who seems to be super trustworthy. Especially since he is HIS UNCLE who obviously has the same level of empathy as him.

Just bcs she has cognitive issues doesn’t mean others will go through the same.

The brother is a bad guy. He is the half brother the other fraction is trying to put in power. So i doubt they would reward Haena by marrying her to a guy who wants to dethrone the prince haha

They had interviews on the same day, he kind of matched what she said. Plus they were wearing the same color of clothes :(((

It is true they pick a date, but then they marry them on the same day. So the first night could be prosperous. However you dont wait for years.

Plus people were considered grown ups with the first signs of puberty, so technically the boy (especially since he is the prince) could be seen as such. However.. not something we would see as normal to be broadcasted haha

In the past they woul be expected to do stuff with the first signs of puberty. That was a fact, but not something I would like to see in tv or even think about :(((

Please don’t tell me they will pair the oldest sister to a child?

Like yes, in the past people were getting married with the first sign of puberty, but it hits differently on TV in 2023. Especially since she is that much older than him.. people don’t just hold hands on the first night.. ugh creepy

Well he is a cause of death to many people already, what can be worse? Lol

I like the comical side of this show and throughout most of the show they were able to bridge communication between characters properly.

However the last four episodes happened.

If Hwang Geum Joo is so rich, why would she be so careless with her family members and just leave them doing their things without any protection? She is going against the mafia. And then she did not care about her assistant or noticed something is weird. The assistant as well, she knows HGJ is so rich and she didn’t bother to ask for help, she is affected bcs of her.

And NamSoo is too careless, she was leaving traces all over. I hope she won’t walk around thinking no one gets it…

So we will have a student- teacher relationship as well?

Honestly I m disappointed and annoyed with this show. I m more on my phone than watching it.

Side characters are just unlikeable. Her sister is basically a villain by giving her the most stupid advices.

She is telling her not to trust a guy who is obviously a good person and whose nephew is good at keeping her secret. She even knew his secret which would be a good bargain. In the end, if your life depends on it you will do anything to survive.

Then the sis noticed the other teacher is being sus.. and she goes like “oh, now i ll keep my mouth closed“.

In the end if only that grandma had a dinner, the torture would be over.

The show was genius in a way and really got me hooked up and this is not my genre I usually watch.

So I believe all of them immediately knew people will love it, so they had season two in sight.

But then the SBS happened with the sh*ttiest schedule ever. So teah, i doubt it will happen :((

What I like is the idea that there is finally a show thats proves how stupid kids shouldn’t do things on their own and thinking they know it all. Cuz they don’t, so if JH is really dead - I don’t mind it.

But now its questionable.

Then what’s the point of this whole thing if they weren’t able to destroy the main target? In the end she will take over their game lol. Also to have so many people aware of the corruption, but staying quiet and complicit? Naaaah…

Police team, the good ones, in the end were more focus on catching the “good” criminals than the really bad ones - which was a bit annoying. And that’s why everything fell flat.

What happened in the end with the journalist girl? No conclusion to her scheme or a point of her character lol

Amazing show, but what a stupid ending.

It make sonly sense if there is a season 2, but I doubt it will happen as the SBS screwed things all the way with prolonged broadcasting.

I dont mind the dialect per se, I actually find them super cute in korea.

What i m trying to say is that it doesn’t suit Park Eun Bin. You could feel she is forcing it, almost as if I would try to fake my British accent. You can do it, but you can hear its “fake”.

So its kind of distracting. For example child actress smashed it!

RoHee is so lucky. Not only she is rich with a nice soon to have daddy… once she hits 18, she can have the lawyer all to herself as well!
