“How dare you not love me after my father made you criminal and I dumped you, while insulting you? I ll beat you by hiring criminal, after the other company almost went down for criminal allegations” is in the end the biggest winner xD
I have never been this frustrated in my k-drama addict life. Perfect cast and terrible writing.
At one moment you are over the moon, in another they slap you with the most annoying cliches you could think of and hate in the kdrama history. And all within 12 episodes. My brain hurts how much I wanted to scratch it…
I really like this show and episodes I saw so far were amazing. And then the father happens.
If there is something I seriously hate in kdramas and wish for writers to understand, they ruin the whole story with that “bad parent want their kids money” bullsh*t.
Like why would anyone give their money and suffer bcs their parent has gambling problems?
I mean, its also weird how Gojin acted all hurt when finding out she's Baek Edu's ceo. She doesn't owe him anything…
Well, if you would discover that the person who broke your heart and partly stole big chunk of your youth is now going after your business.. oh well. She is from the known family and we can see that they have way in which they operate. So she is now after taking his success as well from the “real life” perspective. You wouldnt dance either
Agreed, the writting is always the same, it's sad. It started fine, I hoped it would be more original than the…
Especially as up to 4th episode the show had amazing pace. I was thinking “wow, they are destroying those annoying cliche moments”. And then boom.
Like… i love cliche. The good one when it makes you feel warm and fluffy inside. But stretching and repeating, while using those annoying early 2000s moments, its such a mood killer.
The Baek witch is the worst kind. Like “oh i dumped you and broke your heart while marrying someone else, now i m back and trying to ruin your business as well… but how dare you be in love with someone else?”
I am so bipolar with this show. In one hand, I enjoy it. In another I skip most of the episode as it’s unnecessary drama and wannabe comedic moments.
70% of the show is trying to lie and hide something and being almost exposed in almost funny way.. which ends up with cringe. And it makes me super sad cuz I love the idea and especially the casting. If only writing could be better :(
Wow, thank God on Tae Mu and 2nd leads, as they are sky rocketing this drama. KSJ is good actress, but the character of Hari is getting annoying. She was a good actress when she was not supposed to. When she needs to fake it for real (for friends), she acts as brainless. Then making everything into a problem, but she is always the victim in her head. Ugh
Usually, no matter how much I like some dramas I get tired if they over-drag some stories and make them like a black holes of energy. I can be at peace now and watch it further with smile
FINALLY! I CAN NOT EXPLAIN HOW HAPPY I AM RIGHT NOW!!Finally a great cliche rom-com my soul needed! After so many…
I was a bit down with how lately Korea mostly produces dark and twisted action or thriller dramas to please American audience on Netflix. Which is not worth it.
Or heavy makjangs for housewives, leaving us the original kdrama fans hungry for something cute and funny only Korea knows how to make.
And it finally happened!! Aaaaaaaaahhhhh.
Sorry if I m under many emotions, but usually dramas helped me to cope with many things. And only having those dark and heavy dramas on air made me feel like that as well. So I can finally recharge with something haha
Literally every character is doing so and its funny.
Delusion, convince yourself.

Also if you are affraid of getting fired, why would you slap your boss? Ugh
I love this show, but please avoid this type of logic

Finally a great cliche rom-com my soul needed! After so many negative things going on in this world right now, this is like a medicine!
