Thanks for this! For me it felt so realistic, their first kiss, their first time and then their dating! Nothing felt weird... the flashbacks served to sustain how they got to this new place in their relationship, maybe a little less could have been better but well...
My only complain is that it's to short, I want more episodes, a season 2 but well that's for my selfish ass.

I didn't see the kisskh version; on Youku they also use the flashback montage. I found the NC quite passionate and I liked it, even with the flashback montage.

I paid and I have to say it was worth it (even more). I'm so pissed about the leak on KissKh because this series and the actors deserve better. I'm sorry for those who can't pay.

Qian expressions in episode 9 were so meaningful, he could barely hold it together. In the last scene, he was questioning himself about his "running away" from his feelings so I'm wondering how they will make their relationship take a step further...

Wouaaah! You expressed it so well. I also feel for Khem and despite of his flaws, I love him. He will grow and be a great owner, I'm sure.
I also believe that the problem here are the rules/boundaries in this club, I don't see or understand them : can they grope the host's butt, Wela didn't seem ok with it... And the guards?! Are they here for decoration!
I'm happy to see a wholesome view on khemtis, people seem to find him toxic and childish rich kid, kind of unfair in my opinion.

I'm sorry but I understand Khem, true, he is possessive and jealous, but what are the rules/boundaries in this club? I don't see any, nor do I see guards doing their job. OK, Wela said no sex with the client (I'm not even sure it's true), the guy was groping his ass and Wela did nothing, so my question is what are his boundaries because I don't see any.

As for khem, he has to do some effort to understand this world or leave it completely.
Well, really a rollercoaster! My heart hurt for khem, he sure has temper and makes mistakes but he's not toxic, in my opinion.

I love this show. Still, there is something that make me ask questions : I feel that we don't see enough of Tharn and Phaya relationship development and couply moments, meaning that I want to see more of them as a couple. Is it the same in the book? And Tharn is a closed of character, how is he in the book?
I know that the show doesn't want to focus only on the main couple but...
