Everyone got what they wanted. They had a CHOICE. They became successful. Moved on. Lived their life. Except ONE person. The person at whose expense all this happened. The person who was not shown being happy in this future. Thame. Thame is the most beautiful and depressing character I've seen. Everybody gives up on him so easily : his parents, his members, Po..., using the excuses "I'm doing this for him". Nobody asks him what he wants. The letter will probably be what makes Po see that what he choose to do was not the right decision but after watching this episode 3 times already, I started to resent Po a little bit, EVEN if I do understand why he did what he did. I need Thame to meet someone who won't give up on him so easily, sorry Po but...
We didn't see anything about Thame at the end of this episode, everyone seemed to move on and they didn't show us anything about him. He is so young, I'm scared of the effect that what happened might have on him...
Will Po go after Thame ? I'm scared to see the effect that all that happened will have on Thame. He is so young, Po is his first relationship and even if I know why Po left him, I'm scared that it will change Thame the wrong way...
A little rant here about Jun Po Thame. I dont't really see what this Jun arc was meant for. For me it was unnecessary. People are praising Jun what he did but what I see is either a man in love trying to manipulate his crush to like him back (because he didn't know Thame likes Po , I don't buy it) or a really bad friend to Thame because man what he says about him and what he did with Po... with friends like that, no need enemy. This friendship is toxic for me, it's about toxic competition. And the think about him doing it to push Thame and Po is illogical, it doesn't fit all the thinks Jun did. This Jun arc for me stained Thame and Po dynamic, I'm not that into them anymore and don't get me wrong I'm not into Jun Po either. Still this show is interesting because now I want to know what will happen with the group, thank god this JunPoThame is over or at least I hope so. That's only my point of view and feelings about all this mess, I don't mean to offend anybody! And no hate to the actors or characters.
Sorry but they lost me in this episode! There is no explanation or justification for Jun behavior; even if he has genuine feelings for Po, isn't Thame your friend? What about the storyline, since 3 episodes Po is spending more time with Jun than Thame, come on. How do you believe he is falling in love with Thame, spending no time with him... Sorry about my rant but I'm really disappointed. Jun is maybe entertaining but I really don't like the way he's doing thinks. I can't believe I was waiting impatiently for what... this.
People that read the novel say that he likes Po. It seems that there will be a love triangle. I'm not really a…
It's not confirmed, some people say that Jun has a crunch on Po but it's not gonna make drama and be over quickly. They also say that in the series, it's is gonna be different from the novel and Jun motives will be about protecting Thame. But either way I don't think this is well handled. It's only my option because I don't like this kind of thing and for the drama some people find it interesting and funny.
Probably an unpopular opinion but after this episode I felt more irritated and frustrated than the happy feeling…
Ooooh finally! You put words on my feelings so beautifully. I was kinda disapointed about this Jun - Po - Thame think. They wasted time on Jun shenanigans, I would have liked for Po and Thame to bond and so on. I get that the point was to make Thame realize his feelings but I still don't understand what Jun's goal is. If it's tp protect Thame or whatever, I prefer Pepper in this; if it's because he has feelings for Po then with friends like this you don't need enemy. Anyway, up until this episode, I thought finally a mature and pure (maybe boring for some people) way to portray love but well... I'm not a big fan of love triangles. I hope next week it's not gonna be like this.
i dont understand why jun wants to make po think that he has false hope when he can clearly tells thame like po?
People that read the novel say that he likes Po. It seems that there will be a love triangle. I'm not really a fan of this kind of trope so I'm a little bit disappointed.
Waiting a week between episodes has become misery! I've seen that we will have jealous Thame, I'm not a big fan of this kind of tropes; I hope it doesn't last too long and I'm already suffering thinking of my poor boy Thame, he is so pure!
I haven't read the book, but Thame's jealousy is from this scene filming : https://x.com/nys__w1/status/1875478414158917921?mx=2…
Thank your your answer. This show portrays things so well and in a mature way so I hope this will be handle the same way; I am not a big fan of love triangle or immature jealousy so... Thame and Po start of relationship is so pure and natural, it's so refreshing for once; I don't really need another ship (ThameJun or JunPo) because this show doesn't need it. That's why I asked, thanks again.
Questions for those who read the book, I love spoilers. I've seen people telling that next week Thame will be jealous, possibly about Jun and Po. Is it true that Jun likes po?
Yeah they could have followed the novel for fadelstyle
Hello! I'm a big fan of FadelStyle in this series, still I have to admit I didn't like their first time, I would have prefer they fell in love first. Can tell me more about them in the book? What are the differences?
After this episode, I really need spoilers. Can someone that read the novel tell me if Dee will try something with Dr. Ter before realizing his feelings for Yak? I'm asking because in this episode and the next, he seems willing to kiss dr. Ter. Also, I would like to know if there's going to be lots of angst?
This series is so chill to watch I love it. But most of all I love YakDee relationship, it is so genuine, it's been a long time since I saw a relationship like theirs, chemistry and all. Still, I'm a little bit worried about this 2 thickheads...
Does someone know where to find an English version of the novel?
The person at whose expense all this happened. The person who was not shown being happy in this future. Thame.

You said the series is different from the novel, still, can you please tell me what make Yak realizes that he loves Dee?
