This episode gave me a LITTLE hope... I have to say I don't like Janthorn the 2 last episodes because of the way she belittles what Phob has done to Tinn, ok changing thinks for the better is important but girl there is limit. Sorry I had to share that because she really angered me.
First of all, I HATE Tinn’s father for seeing what happened and immediately using his son’s pain as an opportunity to separate him from Phob. And somehow, I hate Phob’s mother even more. Don’t even get me started on her.

I genuinely never thought I would say this, but this episode made me question whether I still want them to be endgame.
I understand Tinn. Phob used him, betrayed his trust, and he has every right to be deeply hurt. And with his family manipulating the situation, of course he doesn’t know what to believe anymore. But at the same time… Tinn, please think for yourself 😭 He has seen how servants are treated. He knows how unfair this world is and why someone like Phob would want things to change. So watching him remain so passive and let his father shape his entire understanding of the situation was honestly disappointing. And I kept comparing him to Siri, which made me realize something uncomfortable: maybe Tinn isn’t quite the naturally “good” character I thought he was. Not because he is cruel, he clearly isn’t, but because kindness and being willing to question the system you benefit from are two very different things. Tinn is still an aristocrat, and this episode made me wonder whether he could ever truly let go of that privilege.
But Phob isn't innocent either. He chose to use Tinn, and no matter how understandable his reasons were, that choice changed their relationship for me. Something has been broken between them that love alone cannot magically fix.
And that's why I genuinely don't know how the writers are going to bring PhobTinn back from this. Maybe that's the point.
Maybe they genuinely love each other but aren't meant to walk the same path. Because if the writers chose to expose this fundamental difference between them — Phob fighting against this system while Tinn still belongs to it, then I need that choice to have consequences.
If PhobTinn are still endgame, Tinn needs real character development and Phob needs to rebuild the trust he destroyed. Otherwise, as painful as it is for me to say this, I think them choosing different paths would actually make more sense. And I CANNOT BELIEVE episode 8 has me saying this about PhobTinn 😭
Of course, this is just my personal interpretation of the episode, and probably a very emotional one 😭 I’m completely open to different opinions, disagreements, and arguments that challenge my reading , I actually love seeing how differently people can interpret the same characters and situations. I completely understand your point of view, and I actually agree that Phob's betrayal has deeply damaged his relationship with Tin. I'm honestly not sure how they're going to repair something like that. That being said, I don't think there's a difference in the depth of Tin's love and Phob's love. Eleven years ago, Tin also chose duty over love. And let's not forget that, back then, Phob said he would destroy anything that stood in the way of being with Tin—meaning the monarchy. Of course, I'm not saying he's fighting the revolution only for Tin, but I do think Tin is one of the reasons that keeps him going. I would completely understand if Tin stayed angry at Phob and needed time away from him after everything that's happened. He has every right to feel hurt. But at the same time, I just can't imagine anyone else being right for Tin. Phob loves him so deeply, and even though he made heartbreaking choices, I think his love has always been genuine. Could he have handled things differently? Maybe... I honestly don't know. I'm really curious to see how they're going to resolve all of this. Whatever happens, I just hope they take the time to address the hurt instead of pretending it never happened.

BUT ... that's what's scares me, he had many occasion to tell Tinn the truth, maybe Tinn would have understand, I don't know, I'm scared that now he'd think Phob used him.... I even searched what happened in 1932 In Siam and I'm scared Tinn and his family has to leave Siam and go abroad.
I've watched each episode at least a dozen times, well I'm obsessed with these 2... I have to admit that I'm a little scared for Prince Tin, I understand why they want to change the regime but I'm wondering what will happen to Tin after that, will he be in danger?
