I was going ok until the last 2 episodes. Seriously? Are we going to do the "2 steps forward, 3 step backwards" play? Didn't we move past this like 9 years ago after BOF?
And the whole 'I have to give up on you because I love you' bullshit! What era are you living in Ms. Screenwriter?
I initially liked it because it gave me Master's Sun feels. But nahh.. I can't anymore. DROPPED!
I am getting overwhelmed with emotions everytime I listen to this dramas OST. WHYY?? What did this drama do to me? Seriously... I am supposed to be a strong, independent woman who don't need no emotions!
Ohhhh.. So you are the reason why every other writer keeps making tragic endings xD lol j/k.
Seriously though... there are sooooooooooo many dramas with bitter-sweet endings. Tragedies do happen in real life. Most of our lives are pretty sad which is why we watch dramas - to take us away from our painful realities. Do we have to watch sad dramas and cry again? Like.. watching 50+ episodes about how they went through highs and lows together just to ending it with one of them tragically dying. That's so sad. I cry T.T
But, I do agree with you on the fact that Ye Hua's come back was pretty rushed. Like Mo Yuan took like 20 episodes and went through so much shit to come back while Ye hua took like last 20 mins of the final episode , which was pretty stupid. But, I would rather that, than him never come back at all.
Had to drop this. Long dramas really need an essence to keep a person to continue watching it. Although the story is my type, the drama lacked that essence. :/
I know I am like 10 months late and I don't want to sound mean, but people are actually less inclined to read it when you don't use paragraphs. For example, me. I didn't read your comment because it looks like there is too much to read. But, in reality there isn't - it only looks like that because of lack of paragraphs.
And we are drama-addicts. Obviously we have time to waste. If we didn't, we wouldn't be here!
