Did the king not find it strange when her body started floating in the air or did I miss something? Had he already…
In Episode 10, during the cherry blossom scene, he revealed that he had known she was from the future since the very first day they met because he sensed she was different.
Last two episodes were a disappointment, everything was rushed. I wish they hadn't ruined the pace for the sake…
I felt the ending was better than many dramas that stretch out with extra episodes only to close in a few seconds. While not everything was explained in full detail, some parts were shown throughout the story, and for a lighthearted drama, the ending was what I expected.
I don't know if it's just what the character is written like, but Yoona's acting is taking me out πππHer…
Ji Yeong was constantly caught up in cooking and cautious about altering history. When the king told her he didnβt see her as a woman, she took his words to heart, which explains why she didnβt respond to him right away. Still, she never rejected his feelings or denied her own love for him, and the two suffered before finally being together.
Episode 11 was expected, but it still broke my heart I cried so muchππ Lee Chae Min and Yoona delivered amazing performances again. Now that itβs the final day, Iβm really hoping for a happy ending. It feels sad knowing I wonβt have this beautiful series to look forward to next week, if it wraps up well, Iβll definitely rewatch.
Earlier on I left a comment in which I said episode 11 felt like a completely different drama and I think people…
Episode 11 was very much expected . After all the plotting and cheerful episodes, itβs natural for the story to shift into something darker. Historical dramas often follow this pattern: they start light and comedic but grow heavier as they near the end., Mr. Queen had its share of angst toward the finale. Food is the main theme, and the subplots serve their own purposes. The kingβs search never stopped, and the romance while a slow burn was not the main theme , otherwise it would have unfolded much earlier.
The leading actor carried on this entire drama, maybe just with a little help of a few seasoned actors performing…
I enjoyed the actressβs performance; she brought her character to life. I donβt think itβs possible to predict the cooking scenes or dishes since we donβt have the script to know what food will be prepared next.
You are not. He is a terrible king and more of a fool than his clown jester. He allows his enemies (foreign &…
He isnβt 28, because the female lead is older than him in the drama. His character isnβt immature in every aspect only in certain decisions he makes. The writer isnβt avoiding anything about his portrayal; in one scene, he mentioned he feels alone, this was shown before he liked the female lead . His anger stems from his motherβs death, and he holds resentment toward those around him. As a king, a sense of entitlement is expected, and being poisoned by the consort adds to his instability, whenever thoughts of his mother surface.
