This drama was really entertaining, and I loved the chemistry between the leads. I watched it after Bon Appétit and didn’t notice the similarities others mentioned I’d definitely watch it again 💖
Actually, I felt this was a lot similar to Mr. Queen, but I still wanted to give it a chance because I like the…
The drama comes from a webtoon, and you implied she could’ve attacked the villain, but she didn’t know how to use a sword, nor was there one near her, this point doesn’t add up . I also didn’t find it similar to Mr. Queen because this one focused more on food, and the chemistry between the leads was clear from the very first episode.
As a king, he has to be trained to fight . He’s skilled in archery, led a purge, and dances gracefully like…
I agree he didn’t take them all down alone; there were others who assisted him. it’s clear in his fight scenes that while he isn’t highly skilled, he makes up for it with determination and sharp awareness. Someone proficient in archery would naturally have the coordination and reflexes to handle a sword as well. By the way, what are your thoughts on Love’s Ambition ?

I do not understand why you have so much time to write all this in defense of the reviews , it is worthless, many days ago users have complained about the mass upvoting before these numbers increment.
Regarding the “100 likes reviews being pushed back” that’s not exactly how MDL works. The system doesn’t permanently lock reviews in place after they rack up votes. It prioritizes recent helpful votes, not just total likes. But at the same time, sudden shifts in visibility can look suspicious, especially when detailed and balanced reviews drop while newer, shorter ones rise. It’s not unreasonable for people to question if manipulation or mass voting is happening, because the system isn’t flawless. Brushing that off as “just how MDL works” oversimplifies this situation.
Lastly, telling someone “write your own review” wouldn't solve the issue . People are allowed to question the voting patterns and the system itself. Writing another review doesn’t fix underlying problems with how reviews are surfaced or buried. Balanced criticism of the platform is just as valid as writing praise for the drama.
Honestly, it’s a bit ironic. People are complaining about the “sudden hate” when most of those critical…
I find it ironic that the reviews were clearly mass-upvoted. All the 8/10 reviews that originally had over 100 likes and were marked as useful ended up being pushed to the back. If these reviews are being reported, then it’s possible fake accounts are involved, and those could be taken down. What’s frustrating is that there are genuine users who found the criticisms helpful I agreed with some of them.
How can a review be considered useful if it doesn’t mention the drama’s strengths and weakness, many of these so-called critiques are comparisons to Mr. Queen, which isn’t proper reviewing at all. Anyone who actually watched BAYM would understand that the two shows are completely different. In fact, I barely see any 10/10 reviews here most are rated 8 or 9. Yet those keep getting pushed back, simply because certain people don’t want others to like or engage with them.
I don’t fully agree with this take. While it’s true that criticism doesn’t automatically make someone a…
Some negative reviews just repeat the same shallow points, while others actually break down what didn’t work. And on the flip side, not all positive ones are just “blind fan service” a lot of people genuinely take the time to explain what they loved about the show.
I myself liked the drama, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have my own criticisms of it. It’s possible to enjoy something and still point out where it fell short. That’s why I don’t think it’s just about fans being overly sensitive it’s frustrating when dismissive or lazy reviews drown out the ones that are more thoughtful. There’s a real difference between meaningful feedback and just throwing out reactions. If the reviews were all 10 the main user would still attack fans, based on your review i do not think you liked the drama You don’t have to lie, it’s obvious you dropped the drama.
At this point, the fans of this drama are seriously overreacting to everything around it. Just because someone…
I don’t fully agree with this take. While it’s true that criticism doesn’t automatically make someone a “hater,” the issue here is that there are actually only a few critics, and many of their reviews don’t even connect well with the drama itself. They feel disconnected, shallow, or repetitive rather than thoughtful critiques.
