I get where you’re coming from but in my eyes his acting was bad from the get go before their breakup. If anything his acting was better during the breakup and the events that happened after that. It’s just that during those school years it felt like he was more of a middle schooler than a university student in terms of his acting if you get what I’m trying to say🥴

So I’m watching this on Viki and what happened between the ending of ep 22 and the beginning of 23 like xiao xi saying to jiang chen to wait for her a little bit and give her some time, then boom suddenly at the beginning of ep 23 she’s sleeping in his office acting like nothing ever happened as if it was a continuation of the ending of ep 22 (same clothes and all). Feels like some scenes were cut and left out. And this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this in this series. Does different streaming platforms have different versions or what’s going on

Well WeTv had the same shitty subs so that doesn’t make much of a difference, also who has the money to pay for 8 different streaming platforms each month, I’ll pay for sites that have actually good content and not some AI translation

just finished ep.7 and it was so hard to follow, like the structure of the whole episode was so off and inconsistent, they were jumping from one scene to another without any clear direction

I don’t know if anyone else noticed this but in some episodes there were scenes where they were inside a house/room but the actors breath were “steaming” like it does when temperature drops below 0°C. So my question is do they film these shows intentionally in some cold houses or why would they build their set in some cold ass warehouse when they are knowingly filming during the winter. Like can’t they really afford some heating lol I would find it infuriating to film in those conditions cause I really can’t figure out a practical reason to film in freezing temperatures. End of rant

I don't think Nan is the second body found by the water because if I remember correctly the second body was also killed with a stone and the officers were talking about a possible serial killer and well Nan was shot.

The start of the series was good but towards the end it felt a bit rushed. Like from the point they met at the blind date to them being together knowing each others feelings. I thought I was having a stroke and didn’t remember the scenes cause they skipped over so many things for example there was no clarification about that post it note or no clear confession that Xie Shi was always in love with her ( or I just missed it lol). Anyways I thought they could have used a bit more scenes for how they “got together “
