Your review was spot on! I think viewers will enjoy this rom-com comedy more if they don’t try to read into the storyline or lack of. I think both main leads are beaming with chemistry despite the 8 yrs age difference in real life. Too bad that XKC is underrated.

In the 1st episode when the FL was chatting w/ her coworker and he happened to stand at the library counter…he recognized her voice when she was apologizing to him. They zoomed into his facial expression which may hinted that she sounded familiar to him. I don’t think the ML was in love w/ her when he mistakenly read her confession letter 8 years ago. He was probably moved by it.

I’m also from the US but you can access it using a VPN (a paid subscription) using Vietnam as the country of choice and then login to Tencent app to search for Tears in Heaven” and the Fast track will appear for purchase 99€/episode. Good viewing:)

It’s a pity that the special episodes are not English sub on MGTV since you have to pay extra to watch them. Not sure how MGTV is run. Is it subtitles based on fans or do they have their people doing it?
