Yeah, him calling her the most beautiful woman in the world to JJ was very eye roll worthy. I mean JJ is a comedian, though she and ZLH are close because of MJTY and she had to do both comedy and seriousness in that one. So they have that sort of joking relationship going on, but even with that it’s like the writers are trying to create some weird threesome. Even though the two of them are more like brother and sister after that series. I do hope that they stop with Reba and ZLH just because both actors look uncomfortable. Come up with something new; it’s a variety show for lord sake…that’s what they have to do.

But is that series in the same genre as LZH? Because POB and LZH are different in a sense. The only way costume dramas can really compete as if they are in the same genre. They can’t just compete because they are historical. Besides I don’t go by what could’ve or should’ve dropped. I go by official announcements of what is dropping. This one was airdropped, though there were hints coming out maybe a few days prior by some pretty reliable bloggers. I still wish that the platform had given it proper promotion. I think every drama deserves proper promotion on as we know the platforms for the most part are very cheap and don’t want to do it. They rely on their actors to promote for them. In this case, no harm no foul this show is doing pretty damn well it’s nearly at the 30K mark .

I usually make it a point to watch opening and closing credits on the first episode and if there something enjoyable, I don’t skip them, but otherwise I do. Since I like spoilers and what not I do like the fact that you see little previews of scenes in both the beginning and end.

Well, I think this show is crawling with villains. There’s going to be the SFL that comes in at some point that we met. This slimy asshat, though I don’t know how much damage he will actually do plus the people who we have already met.

I don’t even know who the woman is, but it looks like whatever that was didn’t have solid evidence people can create and Photoshop and do all sorts of stuff online if they want to bring someone down also the fact that it was a second lead or a supporting character is also very suspicious. In any case, they will figure it out Themselves I just hope it doesn’t do any damage to the series just because a lot of people worked on it and worked hard. I don’t think it’s on my watchlist personally but as usual scandals are a dime a dozen over there.

Well, he does have to bend his body halfway just to see her, which is funny. I wonder why this drama is called “Bending Waist.” Like is that some kind of homonym for something?

I know she was cleared. That’s why they dropped DHR and then this one a bit later. I don’t know about any Taiwanese woman saying whatever. I’m just glad that both dramas were finally dropped. I was looking forward to this one more than that one, but I’m just glad they are out and This one is doing as well as it is. I think originally they were also planning to drop hidden shadow on Youku before LZH but that got pushed back as well for some reason maybe that will air later this month. Tencent, grateful? I think you’re asking for too much.

Because of FL‘s scandal. Same reason for the AirDrop on both this drama and DHR.

I didn’t know they had that type of equipment in that dynasty. It looks a little too modern for my take, but it’s very funny. 😆

From the few clips from trailers and opening and closing credits, it seems like he does end up having a thing for her or partial. I think maybe at first he tries to scare her off and then when that doesn’t work, maybe he develops his own weirdo feelings for her. But he’s seriously slimy creepy. If he’s such a playboy, let him go play somewhere else.

No I’m not watching. I just came across a few clips on Weibo so concluded that they were booting today and his fans are ready and waiting for him.

I think that was in the either opening credits or closing credits where you see ML burn some kind of giant poster looking thing with a woman drawn on it. Walking away all pissed off so I’m kind of wondering whether the slimy cousin will try to seduce our FL that failing miserably of course.

No idea. He let his guard down around his own mother and look what happened.

I would prefer a closed set to an open one myself. But I would appreciate to know who the rest of the cast is.
