This drama is so underrated I wish more people on MDL were aware of it. It did get a 7.3 on DB, but I don’t know how it’s scoring on the charts on the mainland.

That’s a typical Eastern European parent too. And ironically, this actor usually plays protagonist fathers or other good figures. This is the first time I’m seeing him as a villain/antagonist. And he nailed this role. I think they should’ve kept him alive much longer. I kind of feel a little letdown now with the final arc, but we have to close with whichever twin. And whichever twin has to live up to that level of psychopathy as SY was.

Did you get a chance to read my post in regards to this? Every person is different let alone the victim of what his fake father put him through. It’s also the fact that while they’re on that roof that SY is still trying to manipulate him like “look how much I’ve done for you haven’t you been raised well why can’t we just talk about the happy things.” Meanwhile, you’re getting a man that’s attached to a noose off of it. This dude was Satan incarnate and his death was too easy, but I think SML reacted appropriately and grieved way before even though this was yet another trauma for him.

I just realized that both of our male leads real names where their acronyms are reversed. One is XH and the other is HX. Pretty neat.

Honestly, the show is an underrated gem with no promotion prior to dropping. I suggest you continue because it gets way better and you never know what’s going to happen.

GJM is no fool. He hires people that pull characters off.

That’s what made him a narcissistic psychopath as the fact that to him other people were essentially objects and things he could dispose of as he saw fit.

There’s a scene where ML is fighting someone in the rain (there’s a scene here and one in the opening credits of SML and H whomever in a prison chair in front of 3 whiteboards filled with notes: https://weibo.com/7837507228/5147329301581680) and I think it’s HP/HJ and said baddie is using some kind of electric mini saw and our ML gets hurt but I hope that they catch that freak finally. And also yeah, our girl needs to wake up here. She tried testing him a few times, but he’s just too smart for her.
