I agree with both of you guys. The biggest issue that they have is the fundamental lack of communication. One didn’t ask, but then again she’s not psychic to probe, and the other one feels that he and he alone should shoulder his own burdens. That opening up would somehow make him seem weak. I wonder when he will finally get to that point, where he’s ready to open up.
I do like the fact that they focus on other characters but not in that way. I do wish that we had more lead moments.…
For the future, definitely. But what is done is done so we can just support him and enjoy to the best of our ability. Like I said personally he is doing a hell of a job portraying someone with severe PTSD. That is not something just anyone off the street can do with zero experience in that kind of trauma.

I’m coming in as just a viewer I don’t know the source material. There are definitely issues with the writing. I’m not saying there aren’t but I’m not comparing it with any novel or any source material. And CZY is doing a phenomenal job in this character. It’s a very hard character to portray.

If they really were 4 directors, they should’ve been on set at some point together for collaboration purposes, but it’s technically the director not the screenwriter that delete scenes if so needed or whatever. I think other than the prolonged hidden truth the story has been going just fine. The writing obviously could be stronger but I wouldn’t call it horrible. Plus male lead is nailing his PTSD absolutely perfectly.

Exactly! That’s such an important point of the story, I hope the director is at least smart enough not to have cut that out. Screenwriter is one thing but if it was filmed that the actor talks about it during an interview, that’s all up to the director. My fear is that she’ll only find out after the fact from his journal. That would be a massive disappointment.
I like today’s episodes because you could see them slowly drifting back together. They can’t stay away from each other for too long though I hope the truth does come out soon. The war zone scenes were pretty decent.
"unexpected cp that got popular", the screenwriter is a known bl producer lol.she literally set out to insert…
I do like the fact that they focus on other characters but not in that way. I do wish that we had more lead moments. I really hope that that one particular conversation where he finally tells her the truth that CZY spoke of in an interview they didn’t cut. Just because it’s so important to the entire story.
