I mean I know she became part of the military but still needs to up her skills in fighting right now it’s pretty basic. Should be interesting in that reveal.
I see ok. His story keeps changing though I mean he’s got to be someone hella formidable to be that injured and still kick ass. So hopefully she’ll put the pieces together and it won’t be a yikes moment.

I just started it and about to move to episode three I can’t say yet there’s any chemistry really between the two but they have a nice flow going like they’re comfortable with each other and I really like that. She’s already shown her fighting skills. He’s still a little under the weather so to speak. But obviously there’s comedy incoming and wedding incoming in these five episodes so I do hope that the comfortable feeling between the two continues. Obviously a boatload of other characters have to be introduced, but for now this is a good start. And please someone fill in the other cast members whoever they are and their names.
16 and 17 were good; you got a little bit of everyone. And now I’m convinced AM and Guan pimp (who it looks like is missing her ex husband 🤦🏻♀️) are working together to bring Zhen back into XB’s life to mess up the relationship with FL. Because XB threw everything away from Zhen that he had memories of of their breakup; called AM and told her he doesn’t need that thing anymore (I guess she was searching for info for him or something); little does he know who she’s now working with. Yeah that chick was sly AF. Last thing we need is FL’s insecurity and whatnot to rear its ugly head but we know ML does need the existential crisis of his own after watching his friends go through it. I think even after that and I hope it doesn’t take up many episodes considering we’re heading towards the end our leads will come out victorious over everyone trying to bring them down. And I truly hope AM loses badly as in ML cuts her off and FL handles Guan pimp accordingly.
MM having dinner with SD described ML as Mr. Perfect without any flaws because that’s what she sees but that’s far from the truth. Same went for FL but we know that not true either so shows how little MM knows about the leads and how they look in her mind and some ppl here too that don’t dig deeper. SD and the engagement ring 🤦🏻♀️; these ppl need brakes. Thankfully she saw it before he could do anything.
Very glad Gong is back; really missed him the last few episodes. His reaction to A Xiu was perfect; read him the riot act because this dude can’t open his mouth and speak his mind ever. He lets others do it for him. He can’t make a decision, so Yu needs to do it for him. LL is just a mess but meeting her father for like 5 minutes is understandable now why she is the way she is; she’s his replica. He messed around with a woman while married to her mom and got divorced. Has no time for anyone and thinks what happened is better for everyone. Though AX and she agreed to be “friends” after their “breakup”, she still calls him her bf to her father and says they’re together…like what??? And he bought an expensive car, and now thinks he should have a kid though he can’t even take care of himself! This trio is def living in La La land!
In the cast it shows XB’s mother; I wonder what she’s like and where his father is? I hope she’s as good and gentle as her son and not a monster on wheels like Yu’s mom.
He's been posting on his weibo, douyin and did a livestream. Where else is he supposed to promote? The production…
He was also filming a variety show in NZ when it premiered so couldn’t really promote properly. But he did a livestream with the FL from there. The show itself is slow on promoting even now. Which is weird because it’s an unconventional romance and should be seen more. It’s lower budget but with a lot of weird product placement like clothes and phones. Even lower budget dramas drop, so I was surprised it took 2.5 years for this one to see the light of day.
