I added OST‘s along with costumes and CGI in the last sentence of the pros. I usually group them together. I didn’t want to give a full synopsis, but I thought that the beginning portion needed to be explained for people to connect the dots because we already have some people in the comments that are not understanding why there wasn’t more romance in this series when that was not the primary focus. So I hope that my review and giving them that little nudge forward with a little bit of a story outline would help. And of course, who could ever forget the UFOs; I think they were probably the MVPs of the show other than KJ. 🤣 thank you for commenting and liking the review.

I have the same issue. Don’t worry when it’s reviews or picture comments if the thread gets long, it doesn’t for some reason allow you to edit. But I got the gist of what you were talking about. I’m the same way I review my dramas as if I would do a book review, go by the characters by the storyline and how production handled the entire thing so I will get into all of that because I think it’s important for incoming viewers to get the nitty-gritty not just “oh my God, so & so amazing, so & so was wonderful, so and so was this, so and so was that.” Like be real. In the comment section, they are telling us one thing and then when you read the reviews, you read a completely different thing. Personally, I’m tired of seeing the words “epic” and “masterpiece” as titles for series. Because there are very, very, very few of those. Even the few dramas that have gotten perfect scores from me, I think maybe only one I consider Academy award worthy because of the acting of just about everybody. And I think I only gave perfect scores to five dramas; both modern and costume.

He mentioned the aliens I think twice; one time just off a little bit and the second time he was very thorough about what he did with the aliens and aboard the UFO and all that other stuff. It was very funny to watch.

If you watch the drama, you can cry and if you watch interviews where he talks about UFOs, you can laugh.

To each his own. That’s what the comments are here for right? So we can discuss and debate agree and disagree. Do it in a civil way like all of us here have in this thread. We did in the first arc see to people come together, but at the same time we also saw revenge we saw destruction. We saw growth, we saw understanding. I guess everyone has what they wish they want to see in a certain drama. And it’s totally OK if this one is not for you. Thank you also for a good conversation.

Actor fans or people that always give tens to every single drama they watch no matter how good or bad it is. But I try not to take offense at it because everyone has their own opinions and that’s why people write reviews in the first place, you know? Some people write reviews, others don’t.

The one thing that I think a lot of people don't understand here is that romance is not the main genre or theme; both leads actors have said it multiple times in their interviews that people really have to focus on the business aspect as well as revenge and teamwork and partnership. This story is multi layered because of the revenge of the ML and the growth of the FL through ML's teachings. For her to be able to stand alone on her own 2 feet, not to be naïve or trust easily, and no matter how bad the situation gets to keep going forward. Basically live life to the fullest every day and don't take anything for granted or anyone. But thank you for sharing your point of view this drama (I also wouldn't call this drama epic or masterpiece) just like every other drama isn't for everyone.

I totally get you with the whole loss and misery portion of stuff. I don’t know what dropped the last few days. I know that land of Warriors the second season is supposed to drop tomorrow I believe or the day after so that may be your interest. The stuff that has dropped in recent days is more crime and thriller, so I’m not really sure. Yeah check these out, see what you think.

Don’t need spoilers for that lol. Honestly, it depends on what you’re looking for. If it’s some thing as I read below, you wrote light and airy. I’m not sure what to recommend. Honestly, this one is very layered very deep beautiful well done story but it does have an SE/OE ending. The actors kick butt and it was something that I personally looked forward to watch. My other favorite that well I was heavily invested in and was my most anticipated drama of the year was FOF. But that’s basically a tragedy from the get-go though the ending does give you hope but it was also very well acted and just stunningly beautiful. I mean, you can read my reviews since you like spoilers for both of them and see what you think. I hope you get a chance to rest now after taking on so many extra shifts.

I really hope the final episode is a strong one and well written one because we already know that the leads can act very well and very convincingly, grandma is MVP of the entire show and other characters are good as well. The only thing missing is a cohesive plot. So crossing fingers we will get that in the last episode.

Before you start pointing fingers and judging people, maybe you should DM them and talk to them and see where their minds are at, not just assume.
