OK, I’m going to try to be the voice of reason because I have seen this happen so many times before right before the start of a drama where there’s all kinds of crap being slung from one side to the other by people who don’t even know what they’re talking about. So here’s a word of advice: What happens on Weibo let it stay there. They will duke it out and then they will get over it because that’s just the way it always has been. Here if you follow an actor continue following the actor, if you’re just a drama viewer, wait patiently and enjoy for when it comes out. Do not bring fan wars or BS from those sites to this one. And I say this as a follower of CZY (but then again, I follow many people and I am a multi fan so that’s why I can say this calmly and with conviction). He’s the type of person that will do what he needs to do, get his job done and then move on with his life so please let’s follow that example. Many, many, many actors do the exact same thing, they know that there’s a zoo online and they avoid it. So let’s keep calm and just be happy that another possibly wonderful drama in the future is coming our way. Thank you stay blessed.

Which I’m totally fine with. Even if he died and KJ was just in the background somewhere mourning, I would still be fine with it had the editing of the show been just a little bit tighter. I have absolutely no problem with the ending other than editing issues. The last few episodes really were a little too loose for me where you weren’t sure whether it was a flashback or whether it was something that had already happened or was going to happen it was a little all over the place. But that has nothing to do with the actors that’s all production.

I completely agree with you. It’s not some thing that she wanted to do. She always wanted to travel. She always wanted to see the world and bring her designs and jewelry to the world and be merchant basically. And CSJ was more adapt at the business aspect of things, so it made perfect sense for her to be the head of the guild.

The reason fans have created videos and gifs of the ML being sucked into a UFO is because when he was doing interviews to promote the drama and when he did a live stream to promote this drama or during it, he mentioned when fans and others asked him whether it was a happy ending or a sad ending, he was like “my character gets abducted by aliens and they proceed to fix me or probe me and then they take me to their planet and then they return me later on.” Which is a very typical gremlin response from him. 🤣🤣🤣
He also though mentioned kind of like a hint towards the ending about wondering whether the theory was true about dogs leaving their homes at the end of their lives without their owners obviously knowing. Though he himself did not know whether this theory was true; it is actually true not just dogs but cats as well. But when he hinted at that, and then the UFO thing is when fans started to understand that this was not going to go in a good direction for him.
You know when I saw the shooting star, I actually did think that he did pass away in those how many ever days before the competition but then where is KJ? He wouldn’t have just left because he had nowhere else to go and this whole group of people were his family so it didn't make sense. YZJ was that man’s entire life. And DW and now all these other people were his extended family.

I did put that on my watchlist, but I’m looking forward to LYN‘s cicada girls and a dream in a dream. Hopefully prisoner of beauty gets out of jail too. I came up with a nice title for my review. It starts off very philosophical and ends on a giggle lol. At first, I was actually thinking of writing my review right away, but then I was like no I need to really have it marinate in my system overnight and then tomorrow or should I say today since it’s after midnight here I will write a comprehensive review. The thing is when it comes to cons as I write pros and cons—I’m not sure if you’ve read my reviews in the past—but in this case it’s primarily issues that I had with the production team (writing & editing). Absolutely nothing with the characters other than a little here and there that I don’t think I’ll even remember when I write it.
It's sad, but it's dignified, which is so rare in these OE/SE type of dramas. I would've changed the ending just slightly but otherwise I actually don't have a problem with it. Though I'm not gonna give it a perfect because I have some editing and other writing issues with it but it's close. I will write my review tomorrow because it's very late today, and my brain has stopped functioning lol.
