The double much like KMLM had the same problem where production took a great novel and wrote something completely different especially for the ending two novels with happy endings ended up being two novels one with some ambiguous ending, and one with the sad ending. I don’t understand why this needs to happen because I write novels myself and have written scripts in the past. It’s just very strange and unnecessary I think. If you have a good novel, stick to it that’s all. It’s not rocket science, you don’t need to reinvent the wheel. It is simple writing 101. I’ll check out your article when I get a chance.

I’m wondering if they’re all done by the same production team at this point because it’s the same thing over and over and over again with big dramas not just small ones.

Question; did ML finally figure out who betrayed him and did that person get taken out along with everybody else? Everyone is talking about the ending, but nobody’s talking about the people, especially the one who he took as his friend who did all that shit to him.

That is just too funny. I will figure out whether I like that ending or not when I watch it myself, but I like the fact that he actually told us that now knowing how it ended. He is such a gremlin I swear, lol!

You’re welcome. I never compare dramas, regardless of anything nor actors nor really anything; every single piece of work I go into separately with zero expectation. That way when it ends, however it ends, I have an unbiased thought process and I’m able to write a review that is unbiased as well regardless whether I follow the actor or don’t follow the actor or whatever it is. I have seen several SE’s this year already; some were very well done very artistic and very beautiful; both modern and costume. And others were just hot messes. And there were plenty of HEs that were hot messes so you can’t really pinpoint a drama until you finish it. And it’s always very important to know that production has the last say because they are the ones that edit everything; what the actors do and how it’s done does not matter at the end.

I’m not going to say whether you should or shouldn’t watch it because that is your decision and I have not seen the ending myself yet though from the comments I think it’s going to be interesting to say the least. That said up until episode 36 that I have watched I have found that the storyline was good and the characters were well written and the acting was good so make a decision for yourself and don’t necessarily go with what someone tells you.

LMAO!!! Well, we sort of knew and I’m glad I prepared for it so I can watch it properly in the afternoon today.

I mean, other than one costume drama he hasn’t survived in any of the others but his modern ones for the most part he has lived, especially his most recent being be your own light. His next modern one to come out is Cicada Girls, which he will also live as the story is about romance in a city. His next costume, I believe is A Dream in a Dream and I think he lives in that one as well so we may have a second alive and happy costume drama for him. So don’t just stop watching him because of the sad endings. I’m a singer so I understand you from the performing arts perspective as well. Because a sad ending if written well is more remembered as is the character then a haphazardly written happy ending, which we’ve all seen this year and years prior from other dramas.

Oh, I see OK lol. Usually, they only charge $2.99, so I was surprised that it was a dollar more because even pay-per-view was $2.99.

Well, I watched the series for him so regardless of how it ended, I will keep watching for him. I think his acting and improvement deserves that.
