Obsession and love are two different things. When he knew she didn't reciprocate even if married he should have let her have more freedom. Even then he didn't/couldn't because it was all about his feelings not hers.

I know that, but when they comment on what you wrote or hijack someone else's post just to attack you, it's harder. But like you, if I see that BS otherwise, I just keep scrolling. Agreed, I was saying that she shouldn't have broken off the engagement just like that when the night before she lay next to during his relapse. Her 180 degree turn was like a whiplash. Maybe the writers made it too harsh.

His mind and heart matters too though he knows full well she doesn't love him and he's accepted all of her terms without hesitation. No one is asking her to accept his heart now nor against her will. She will at her own speed, plus dad makes a visit.

What I do like is even though end of 13 brought angst, it also brought discussion among viewers which is very important for a show. Not just pick a side if one chooses to do so but most importantly their lives as a whole and how they were before and where they go from here. I feel 13 was though not the halfway point, was a bit of a turning point for both especially her. I'm not the only one that noticed that though she doesn't understand or realize it yet, she's caught feelings.

Exactly! I had 2 people on here yesterday attacking because my opinion wasn't aligned with theirs. I blocked one because this chick was like a steamroller; her way or the highway. I'm not one to just slink away; I defend myself and my opinion because that's my right but if I see the person isn't listening and is being aggressive still after I've repeatedly said agree to disagree; they go on the block list. I run out of patience too. I understand ppl can get worked up but don't take it out on others. Go for a walk, chill out, then when you got yourself under control, come back and chat. I know at least 7 ppl that left comment sections altogether and now just hang out in the feeds because they're tired of arguing with as they say "toxic individuals who can't see past the end of their own noses and always have to be right." I understand them. But I won't run away; maybe my block list will get longer but I won't give up my personal opinion to someone like that; they don't control me and never will.

He basically explained that in voiceovers and different conversations so I totally agree with you. You can't calculate love; it's an emotion that just happens. You predict nor control it. He explained how love entered his heart before he even knew it. All the stages from meeting her (saving her the first time), to curiosity to I don't remember what the next one was but before he knew it she entered his heart and all he wanted to do was love and protect. What's wrong with that? He's literally the only one who can melt her ice cold heart and show/teach her to love which we'll see happening later this week or next based on this wonky schedule.

Also about Prince crazy; he's got the audacity to call her "QingQing" in ep 18 preview like WTF? She's not your wife anymore, that one died. It's dangerous pulling these stunts and than still stalking her when she's about to get married. His obsession is getting out of control.

He goes off to detoxify for 4 years then returns but he fakes his death. Whether she knows or not we don't know. Plus in the cast list there's a 4-5 year old child actor with their son's name so it has to be an HE of a family of 3.

I think instead of breaking things off cold Turkey at the end of 13, she should have taken the time to think it through; all of it. While she has her reasons for her actions; so does he but it seems in this comment section only hers are valid while his are ignored which I think is wrong.

I've spoke to some of you and some were good convos regarding the characters and some made me think of writing this. This isn't the first comment section I'm seeing this though it's only the second time it's happened to me. Ppl need to stop policing other people's opinions just because they don't align with yours. Whether someone takes the FL's, ML's or whosever side, that doesn't give you the right to shut them down and tell them they're wrong. That's not how healthy debates work. It's great to discuss characters and the plot, but shutting other ppl down is unfair and disrespectful. If you see you've come to an en passé, just agree to disagree and move on but don't beat a horse to death with your speechifying. It's just a show, not that serious. Many of us (myself included) escape into these dramas because our real lives are hard or horrible; we don't need to have conversations shut down because someone can't get over a differing opinion. That's not how MDL works; point is to promote a healthy commentary environment. The fact that people are actively talking and disagreeing and whatnot is actually a good thing for the show. It means ppl are engaged. Please be respectful to others as they are to you; this thing goes both ways. Anyways I've said my peace. You may now continue with your scrolling.
