Not true. Same mom but different fathers. In their world, it's important that the fathers aren't the same. So QA and DD are fine to get married if they even make it into a storyline.

I don’t trust Douban because trolls down rate everything they don’t like. But this drama isn’t an 8.0 here either. Ppl rate dramas as full 10s based on their fave actors and not actual plot storyline and cohesion.
