Can't make everyone happy. But I understand you anime/novel fans are invested. As an actor fan but also a writer/author; I can feel your pain. Let's hope it's not 2 yrs to accumulate. It does have a cheese factor yes, but I guess some of it is comical and the rest if you're not dropping it, take with a grain of salt. Best advice I can give.
Done with episodes 22 and 23; pretty decent. The Sandstorm was very Pompeii-ish. And can someone please clear it up whether the sand beast was an Alpaca or a Llama with a unicorn. Battle of Devils vs Fiends continues tomorrow. We're headed in a direction and I'm loving the teamwork! Master and grandmaster are like an old married couple, I can watch them bicker all day.

I'm going to go backwards for this one lol; Alpaca? I thought it was a Llama with a unicorn thing on its head lol. I'm up to epi 22 and 23 tonight, so yes cute and not ferocious. Are they supposed to be? The sand storm def shows me "The Mummy" vibe; missing the locusts though. But I'm glad that we have a cohesive plot now at least. Because I was legit lost for a while there. Zhan's acting was the saving grace along with the few other characters for a while but apparently the screenwriter has come forward to mollify the novel and anime fans who have not been happy.
Prime should have it, no clue about Netflix. Aliens is more horror. This is more sci-fi. And in regards to PA, a person can dream right? Lol
Wish we could separate art from creators who are slime balls. So the actors working under them or as co-stars don't have to throw a major piece of work in their resume out the window; think Bill Cosby. I write different genres, primarily poetry actually but I did do 3 fanfics in different fandoms before I got tired of that genre.
I've met some of my closest and dearest online but it's def not for everyone. And since I do travel it helps that too. The only sports I ever watch is the Olympics lol, I don't understand them at all. Tell Fios to buckle up and get with the program. And I'm glad you got your bros out to do the heavy lifting.

I do follow meteorologists/storm chasers on Twitter that I admire (one of my many hobbies) so I get accurate information from them. Depends on where you are in NY, but looks like save for LI, the entire state will feel it.
I understand not liking social media. Not a huge fan either. I've stayed off my FB though that's the only place I post anything ultra personal about myself and it's a super private account. But this rabbit hole got me both on Weibo and Twitter lol. I get to follow everyone I do and get news and have met some pretty decent folks.
Joss Whedon is a complete slimeball. I got the 411 on that last year or the year before from my oldest friend who works BTS in Hollywood. I was stunned by the stuff she said and it was sad because he created Buffy and other things that were very good. But as you know, just because the work is good doesn't mean the human being behind it is as well. And the Buffy/Spike arc doesn't work for me either. That's why I wrote him in with a character from Angel that my readers never saw coming but it fit perfectly lol.
ZLY is one of the most sought after actresses over there. She's really awesome and super down to earth. The other two are as well though I think she does command the stage. So all of their schedules are all over the place. No clue how and if they'll make it happen. Just hope they do within the next year or so.
Starship Troopers is a bit on the gory side but it's a full blown futuristic sci-fi flick from the '90s starring Casper Van Dien, Denise Richards, and Neil Patrick Harris. It's decent.
Nope, whiny princess chick has not grown on me yet and neither has motor mouth, though I think they're growing on each other lol. As for observation chick....yeah it's kind of obvious that that necklace is her power source since she obviously can't do much else. She's so creepy. And no their budget was really large from the get go, all of it has to do with the screenwriter.

Just finished episode 19. It's definitely way better. Starting from 16, it started to get interesting and there was finally plot cohesion. 8-13 is the rough section in my opinion. 14 and 15 were in between. TS is maturing and I love that they're starting to work as a team. Mu Bai has started to grow on me, not being bossy. But Ms. Observation from MSH needs to go....she's creepy.

Dude! Talk about having a ton in common off of one show LOL! I decided not to watch Zhan's 3 simultaneous spring festivals because A) I don't have that many devices, B) I don't have that many eyeballs, C) I'm too old and it's too early! XD I did catch up though and man was his BTV performance off the chain. I was like holy rockstar! Loved last night's live on cctv too Yibo and Lay killed both of theirs. Prior to dropping into this rabbit hole, I never watched the skits either; not an SNL fan but I can see the comparison.
SMG is beautiful and her being married to Freddie and Fred was cute I concur. I'm a huge Buffy fan. I've rewatched that show so many times it first broadcast I think I know all the lines lol.
With PA, making the SML ruthless was actually really cool for his story arc, you could just see a professional actor working hard. It's been a minute since the show but they had no choice because of the plagiarism problem. Every fan of it wants part 2 and I think ZLY even said she wanted to end it properly. Her character deserved it and so did the ML and even the SML. But I agree I hope they don't recast, you can't replace either of those three or anyone else that was important really.
Ok, this is getting funny, if we are in the same state or bordering each other.......I won't have words. I'm in CT; where are you? I have friends that did cage diving with a great white......I'm like no thank you....I'll just look at the pictures and cringe lol!
Yes! I saw arachnid TS! From the beginning I said DC reminded me of if X-Men, Avatar, Hansel & Gretel, Starship Troopers, and Mortal Kombat had a baby lol. I'm on episode 18 and 19 today, don't have the option of VVIP. But I'm totally fine with spoilers, I live off them for everything. I have someone who's read the book and/seen the anime for oak of my questions. Yes less motor mouth is way better and the fact that he looks like a male Betty Crocker in his get up with the sausage and kiwi is something else! Looking forward to what tonight's episodes bring; truly hope that papa Tang isn't some other evil villain.

Sorry for the delay been a bit busy watching their live and whatnot spring festival shows. Lol....I calls em as I sees em. No point in sugar coating you know? That's so funny that you also got something at DB! XD Yes when SMG played her in both films, Daphne was Buffy not a damsel in distress.
Darth Vader is putting it mildly, he became a stone cold killer to all of his allies and their families. And I read the translation of the rest of it post cliffhanger, he was not a pleasant human being. Like the only ppl he surrounded himself with were ppl who were mortified of him and would do his every bidding. In the series towards the end when the FL realized he'd sacrifice everything including her to get what he wanted, like making her be bait for the ML so he could kill him, it was very sad but a great overall development for the character. I really do hope they make a part 2 because that cliffhanger was just no bueno. ML develops more ironically in the second half, though I really liked him in the first half too.
Im on the east coast so typical cold winter with lots of blizzards and snow. Nah, I don't dive with the scary sharks lol. I draw the line at animals that can eat me lol. Thanks, if not for my bday, then earlier would also be nice.
