Last I checked on Weibo MDL was blocked because regular people couldn’t access it without a VPN so maybe that has changed I don’t know. The one thing I do know is that this site is not an official site so it doesn’t have any bearings on what happens on the mainland when it comes to data or ratings or anything of that nature. I think this site is just taken way too seriously in the ratings and everything else. People just need to enjoy what they enjoy and if they don’t like it, move onto something else it’s really not that hard.
