I don’t know about you guys, but I saw a little piece of that red pill looking thing go into that ZS‘s forehead that likes the FL so maybe that turns him evil or something? Because it didn’t seem like anyone else noticed it.

Well, now he can be a delusional farmer on the border. My biggest wish was that the emperor joined him there.

He could split up the leads personally or split up their military power. He decided to do both, and it ended up being a shit show. I still don’t understand why the emperor was not deposed for that. Even if CZ gave the advice of splitting the military, the emperor could’ve chosen not to do so if he was wise, knowing that the invading enemy was strong and one army couldn’t hold them back, but he let this toddler counselor dictate a mega invasion, which they nearly lost had it not been for the smarts of our leads.

Evil comes in many shapes and forms. Maybe he wasn’t entirely evil, but he was definitely narcissistic. And it was that narcissism that harmed a lot of people. He could’ve just settled at being her friend for starters I mean, that’s what she thought of him but no, he had to make an enemy out of her just because of whatever BS was in his brain in regards to his mother. I would have to say that is a good comparison to a lot of serial killers actually like from the movie psycho Norman Bates or other ones where they had an unhealthy relationship with their mother or they worshiped their mother, so therefore if a woman even looks in his direction and is kind to him, he will automatically think she loves him. That’s the type of delusion that belongs in a psychiatric hospital, not giving an emperor advice on how to work the military, especially when he has zero experience on the subject.

Yeah it’s too early to tell about the trajectory of their feelings, but I’m just trying to get the trajectory of the story instead of all those sub plots as I said before, but I’m glad whether consciously or subconsciously she is showing something and so is he. Like if you just saw them without knowing all this extra supernatural stuff he would say opposites attract because she’s Serious but flirty and he’s rigid as a pole lol. I think he will soften up as the time progresses though. I look forward to catching up to the four episodes from the last two days after I write the review for female general.

Yes, emperors don’t trust anyone then explain why the hell the emperor trusted CZ’s advice so much when that little Dipshit had absolutely no war experience that ended up splitting the main military and causing so much death and destruction which killed YH?

That’s cute thanks for sharing. I’m not a source reader, so that’s cute. I wish they included at least a little bit of that in the show; because you could see it in his eyes and on his face in that final moon gazing scene that he was ready to get the heck out of there and get the job done so to speak. Man was horny AF lol.

The actor himself did a great job playing a delusional nutcase I agree. The show itself, though I mean, I will write a review on it. Hopefully later today I already have a title. I’m not going to deconstruct the show. I’m just going to talk about my perspective from a novelist point of view, and from a viewers point of view, because I never read the source material of any drama. There were many good things, there were many, not so good things, there were many unexplained things, and there were many forgettable things sadly.

That was many comments on here plus about three reviews, so I don’t think anyone was trying to be funny. It’s kind of strange that people find delusional, crazy characters the best of the show. And especially someone who does not really have any depth in his character. He just rolled along until he couldn’t maneuver his brain in the right direction.

Honestly, I’m not really sure what happened with the emperor. It seemed like he was a smart man when ML told him about the FL. And then as time more on it just like he became as paranoid as CZ became delusional. Maybe there were multiple writers on the show and they didn’t agree with each other because it started off as a good story and there was a lot of good stuff at the end too, but the ending just seemed a little off me because of how everything was handled. You don’t stick a crazy guy at the end of a show you stick, him in the middle.

He probably was as was his mentor. But I think at the end just like she said, he basically became his mentor or close to it.

I have missed the last four episodes catching up on other stuff, but I’m curious whether she has really fallen for him or is she just toying with him like cats do with balls or other fun things?
So he basically figured out how she was for real; I don’t know about cat or demon, but who she was as a person as a human being not who others thought she was. Do we finally get a trajectory line? I will hopefully be able to catch up today.
