Honestly, I can't stop reminding and re-watching the miss Mo and HL in some weeds or something having a conversation and her understanding and his acknowledgment and the hug and the fact that he for the first time since she has hugged him, hugged her back even if it was for a little while. The fact that she acknowledged to him that immortal that can't cultivate can never walk the path beside you was a very powerful phrase. He very obviously cares about her, but just not in the same way he chose his path and his life a long time ago. And the only person That can walk that path with him is someone who is his equal in cultivation. Out of the two episodes we got today, this was the most powerful and make you think moment.

Yeah, totally watch whatever you want when your mood is in the place to watch it. Personally, other than a few major screw ups this drama is pretty decent.

I want to see an epic battle between ML and sarcastic evil like that battle needs to happen and the remaining nine episodes. I really hope they don’t shove romance in there because it’s just going to destroy this series. But the whole ML and miss Moe thing I really felt Something because she is very smart. She’s both invested in her unrequited love for him and at the same time, she understands that there’s no way they can be together. So she can cry it out while she’s hugging him and the fact that he even returns the hug in a small way He’s comforting her. I think that whole scene was very well done there was this look of I can’t protect my sister all the time but at least I can’t tell her what not to do because that’s what I feel. He feels towards her. Among all of the women that ML has had an interaction with she is the closest because they have this kind of weird brother sister unrequited love thing well that last part was from her, but you really see the humanity of them both and his eyes there was some measure of sorrow because while he’s trying to protect Those, he cares about he can’t be in 100 places at once.

The drama itself is very good. The CGI is amazing. There’s comedy there’s cultivation in friendship romance is not there and shouldn’t be but it’s fun and I don’t think you should’ve dropped it. Try again.

I’m not understanding the whole mission of being sent to the mortal world to protect some family when there’s this massive battle brewing so what is he really doing there. Can he cultivate more? Can he acquire other artifacts? I mean, what’s the deal? It’s kind of offkilter I know he runs into Miss Mo and that whole thing is a bit sad but I’m missing the part where he gets to continue being strong and getting stronger because he has to fight sarcastic evil at some point.

Unfortunately, I don’t work so I get to watch dramas and write reviews. My life is one of existence right now not living.

It lacks fluidity and that’s a problem because it’s very jarring because you don’t know whether a year passed or 30 years passed.

I mean, the chick is imagining stuff and throwing boulders around like you just have to stand there and scratch your head going what is her problem?

That’s why the romance tag is so unnecessary here. Because we just do not have enough episodes to cram in a romance plus one that the audience doesn’t even feel a connection between the two. We all agree that if it was another life, ML and the Mo girl would’ve made the perfect couple but They are unfortunately on different paths in life. But FL is just all over the place.

Wow, FL is seriously obsessed with ML. Even though she has no idea what he’s actually thinking or needs to do. She creates scenarios that piss her off it’s really weird and yet funny to watch.

He feels that she’s just a sister, a younger sister because he’s done so much to try to protect her and take care of her meanwhile for her it’s unrequited love.

From the clips I’ve seen I definitely know that ML is also an orphan from that city, but he was raised by the general, who obviously had some kind of negative intentions. I don’t know why that city was massacred, but we all saw that the soldiers went all demonic possessed and bleeding from the eyes and killing people so there has to be a reason as to why this happened. You don’t just walk into a city kill everybody walk out and not have a reason. I think that whoever is in charge Mr. big bad mask dude has some kind of connection to the emperor. I think they left ML alive because he is an orphan from that city and maybe they want him to join their cause who knows? We just have to watch and find out.
