Because there are 2 edit version of this drama. One is international edit version airing on HBO while another one is local edit version airing on Youku.
The Youku version change and deleted some scenes from the international version.
If I'm not mistaken, the airing date for this drama on mydramalist use the HBO airing date so that's why it late.
