A Chou is the real Wei Ran (daughter of lady Li) and Jundai is her cousin, not her twin.
I previously thought they were twins seperated but now it seems they are cousins.
We know - According to the plot, Wei Ran (A Chou and Jundai) both look nothing like Lady Li but both look a lot like her ex husband the Wei 1st Son. - Wei 1st Son and Aunt Heng are both twins - Wei 1st Madam was one of the bullies and bitter rivals of Aunt Heng - When Wei 1st madam heard that Lady Li had captured a chou with apparent intent to kill her, she was very happy - When Wei 1st madam saw A Chou, she went to question that Maid lady and dug up the container that contains the skeleton of a toddler (not a baby) - Wei Ran was "lost" when she was a toddler (not a baby) and this was orchestrated by Wei 1st Madam and Aunt Heng - A chou said that her "family" (the ungrateful idiots poor people) never treated her like their daughter. Not even her "mother" (the one with tuberculousis) unlike other poor families. This might also factor into why her "father" didnt mind selling her to be raped by some sketchy dude. - Aunt Heng's doting is very much out of ordinary for jundai, it's irrational. Grandma Wei was also doting but not to this extent, it would make sense if jundai is aunt Heng's daughter. - Madam shou'an, lady li and a chou all display the behavioural pattern of being defiant and refusing to accept their "place" in life. - When the maid escaped, Wei 1st madam sent a message to jundai. Wont make sense if jundai wsa achou sister. but can make sense if they are cousins since jundai wont want to lose the prestige of being lady li's daughter.
Only issue i have is that shouldn't Aunt Heng have been the first to suspect that a'chou should be her neice instead instead of wei 1st madam, or is she just satisified that her jundai is alive and has long forgotten about her niece.
So many things about the plot don't make sense here. For example in episode 8
Why does her family run back to her after spending all their money? If her mother had been terminally ill with tuberculosis and some how managed to scrap by for years when they were wretched poor, how did all the money disappear so quickly? Also they ran away from the carriage people so they were clearly knew of extreme danger so why would they go back to her and be screaming her name at her in public? Finally, i am not sure what other than plot armour stops wei ran from killing a chou immediately and then transporting her body out at the banquet except just pure plot armour.
Also does Bai Lu have debt or is she under duress. She pumps out dramas constantly it's sorta insane. Has to be against some sort of labor laws to work this much.
For everyone who wants a summary of princess agent. My impressions when watching it 10 years ago was that all the main characters should be killed. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

the rebellion leader's title was heavenly king, so no they were not referring to "God almighty". also they werent christain. They would be considered heretics to christains. It was a weired syncretism that borrowed from christianity and other religions but was just founded by the leader.
Like the other commmenter said, most people joined for politics not the religious stuff.
