Thats a posibility or maybe in s3 they might go darker mixing psychology and time travel. Remember when shen yi keeps saying if i hadnt met du cheng and captain, he would have been someone different. That there is a demon in his heart. Now what if, the shen yi that stabbed du cheng is evil? That he never got to meet du cheng or captain and he never worked as a police officer, and now he is a serial killer and time traveling?

I think that will give s3 a deeper and intense look into how dark shen yi can be. Thats just my guess though😅😅

I loved s2 as much. It went dark, something that i enjoy watching in a thriller and the cases werent repeated.

Am looking forwad to s3 and i hope it goes darker to darkest. Bluring lines between Time travel and psychology. Cant wait to see how these two shen yi overlapse.
