I completely agree with everything you said, after learning that the novel had a happy ending I’m even more annoyed! Like please, the arrogance one must have to change something that’s already so well made and think they did a good job with it! Bi Wen Jun deserved better, I hope he gets casts in something that actually appreciates his talents in the future. And even Baron Chen! I really liked his acting, he needs more roles where he can show his talents because he’s got plenty of them.

Apparently the novel had a happy ending, this ending didn’t even feel natural 😃
