I have like a few possible routes on how they are going to make it happen..
1. Gu Yiye will have to chose between something important for the army or his love for Nanzheng. Because the army has always been his dream, he'll pick the army choice. Nanzheng will be heartbroken and as a result Gao Liang will be here to comfort her.
2. A major tragic event will happen and Gu Yiye will be so devastated that he'll make the army his top one priority and will give up any form of happiness outside of it (like love, family and stuff)
3. Nanzheng will just slowly start to fall in love with Gao Liang and will put aside our poor Gu Yiye...
Usually I like characters like Gao Liang, but this time I do not like it. I find him unbearable. I don't know…
And the way Gu Yiye had to hum a song to himself in episode 11 in order not to hear the conversation of Gao Liang and the superior in the room next to him because it was hurting him... That superior is so BIASED it's really infuriating They really don't understand Gu Yiye at all.. He is made to believe that only ONE mistake will be the end of everything, so of course he's doing things like that. And aren't soldiers supposed to take responsability in the army anyway ? He did everything perfectly ! He didn't lie once !

J'ai commencé l'année avec The Untamed, entre temps j'ai lu le roman entier, il y a peu j'ai acheté la version reliée anglaise officielle, et maintenant je conclue l'année une nouvelle fois avec The Untamed. Vraiment cet univers est génial, je suis tellement heureuse de l'avoir découvert bien que quelque peu tardivement. ><
I watched this because I'm a huge fan of Yang Zi. I was very disappointed to see that secondary characters got more screen time than the main actors. It got very annoying and boring after ep 30. What is this seriously... Don't put Yang Zi and Jing Boran as main characters if you are going to leave them in second plan. THE PLOT ONLY NEEDED TO BE CENTERED ON THEM !
