I think the main problem was that the focuse of the drama completely shifted to the secondary characters. They completely gave up He Dun and Qian Kaiyi. The ending was rushed and nothing was resolved. But, apparently there is going to be extra episodes very soon so idk
And omg that beach scene.. I just love seeing Gu Yiye happy. He's as warm as the sun when smiling ToT
HAHA I mean it's understandable, he looks so hot while being wet ToT But his smile is just more important, especially because of how his character has been suffering lately :'(

IKR ! Plus she was first presented as very immature but in the end she became a real good character, able to sacrifice her own love for Gu Yiye's happiness..
