The point of searching the lake was to prove that Mok Gahui was alive not dead. So when the corpse was identified as male they should have proceeded with the assumption that Mok Gahui was alive and restarted the investigation....the fraud case.
Also couldn't they have used her former employee ....the one she fired...to identify her as Sarah Kim? And in the hospital, even if her tissue sample was missing she would still have been registered as a donor and the hospital would have other records.(Like her admission and other surgery details) ....
Also,Why didn’t they check her marriage certificate either? She would have one when she married that older man and there should be a record of it at city hall.
This drama had many writing issues yet people are pretending it is underrated. I am a fan of both leads but the script was poor. The only thing that made this otherwise weak drama watchable was their acting.
All things aside...Lee Jun Hyuk looked fine affff. Whoever decided he would be in suits for the entire drama deserves a raise, a bonus, a promotion, a commission.........whatever it takes.

I couldn’t feel any love coming from Sugiki Shinya. I could clearly see Suzuki falling for Sugiki and loving him but I never sensed the same from Sugiki. They had chemistry but I didn’t see love on Sugiki's side.
