I'm up to episode 3 and seeing all the comments, i am uncertain whether to continue it. So far, i'm loving the story - though people say it goes downhill quickly. I don't mind spoilers, so could people who have watched this explain to me HOW exactly it goes downhill??
The acting, storyline and the storybook-looking monsters were captivating. Bwhy's song is perfection. The only thing i could have done without was the Warrior's song by Imagine Dragons. Didn't fit the fight scenes at all. Hoping for a season 2!!!
What happened to him? What did the media do before?
In 2018 Jung Hyun played a character diagnosed with terminal cancer [Time] and he played it by doing method acting. His weight shot down, his mental health was affected, and the media criticised him during the red carpet interviews. He had gotten so into the character's mindset that is severely affected his health - so much so that he dropped out of filming just when the show was about to end. He hasn't been in a show since i believe, until now obviously. Hope this answered your question.
Dong Wook and Shi Wan's characters remind me of Hannibal and Will Graham. Every scene they have together puts me on edge from the sheer amount of TENSION.
After ep 7 (14) I'm rooting for Hwi Young to get help. No child should be afraid of the place they live along with their own father. Hopefully the teacher will notice something's up, or maybe Jun Woo will offer a hand. Hwi Young's actions, while not excusable, are somewhat understandable. Everybody's afraid of disappointing their family with bad marks, but actually being bone-chillingly afraid and having good reason to be are an entirely different matter. Poor kid.
