For a show based solely on ghosts and the supernatural, it's actually not scary at all. Though there is this one character so far with no eyes, but the cgi isn't 'oh lordy' gross and they sparingly show it. The show is more fun than horrifying (: Kind of like Harry Potter.
Yi Hyun and Yi Kang's relationship has to be one of the most tragic one's I've watched. They went through so much. Amazing character arcs. Round of applause for the writers of this show!
Strange, weird, out there, somehow relatable ...the first episode had me questioning just what the heck i was getting myself into but now I'm up to episode 7 and I haven't stopped smiling.
Brother vs brother. muahaha called it! These last couple of episodes are gonna be full of tension and depression~ Wonder if Kang Woo's gonna die at the end because he's done a crap tonne of illegal stuff this season and I don't see a way for him to go back to the police force. In dramaland that's normally how the writers resolve this stuff, either that or go to the criminally insane prison.
It's always startling to see Shin Sung Rok be comedic after watching My Love From The Star where he plays a freakishly psychopathic serial killer. His comedic timing, actions and speech delivery is a blast of laughter. Really versatile actor :D
Tbh didn't expect mask guy to be Miho's older brother. That was a really awesome twist.
Lol, honestly it was a bit underwhelming. I put it down to the fact that we never really met Yukiko and her husband before she was killed so there's no attachment or care for her death other than bystander curiosity as to who did it. Sure I was like "oh wow did not suspect" but not seriously "OH WOW DID NOT SUSPECT" I was expecting.
Maybe, MAYBE the serial killer vibe culprit is Kang Woo's presumed to be dead older brother (who was actually the one who killed Miho and Kang Woo took the brunt of blame possibly???). But that's just my hope for a seriously powerful twist after these two - entertaining though they were don't get me wrong - meh reveals.
She is Wow is definitely WOW. Hidden gem.
