Not A BL ....
Sadly this is not a bl but a bromance between a phycologist & a Detective.Although the casting and the ML were really well matched, and the storyline and investigative process was good, the stories for me started to drag on, it was like no sooner do they get closer to finding out who is doing the murders, they take several 100 steps back.
Know even though I did like the leads, I did feel that Zhan Yao protects Zhao Jue and casually converses with him despite knowing how many people he has killed and the extent of his deviousness. In fact he is more kind to and speaks more nicely with him than with Bai YuTong.
the story was sub-par, and just didn't flow, In my opinion, the first 8 episodes were amazing, but then is started to fall short, I think they could have gotten away with 12 episodes or maybe 15 but 24 were just way too long for this kind stretched out drama.
Overall: This is a hit and miss drama, you either watch for the eye candy or just skip through the unnecessary parts!!!

Not Bad, But Good Either
Okay so this drama does have a lot of high reviews, which one of the reason I watched it, Honestly it was not a bad drama, but for me it was not wow factor or a holy smoke this was astounding.The story was interesting and touched on very good points and topics, I just feel that it could have been more explored, I did love the Sister gosh she was really funny and made show even more enjoyable, the two leads were an okay match, and they did suit each other.
I cant overall say that it was a great drama, but it was a nice watch and it was light and it did have some funny moments to it.
Overall: it was ok, would I rewatch it probably not.

Had potential
This drama I was really looking forward to it, but sadly I was slightly disappointed, in the sense that he had so much potential if they had just expanded the story line and give it more screen time, its one of those dramas you watch in one sitting if you have literally an hour to spare in your lunch period.There was actually no real story to it and it just played along, 500 year old vampire kills his first love, and then falls in love again with a pure blood, only to die himself cuz he too afraid to bite his new love. And that is it!! that's the whole story.
The episodes were toooooo short like 8 minutes the longest being 18 minutes, the chemistry between the two were off but like I said if this was a little longer they may grown on me, but sadly this drama just didn't work for me.
Overall: Short / Sad / & could have been better.

A very Slow Start
So I was excited to watch mainly because of the ML, but to my disappointment, it started off really well, then all of sudden is kind of slowed down, I felt like the first 6 episodes were all over the place, and the whole backwards and forwards between the ML & FL and how they come together was really annoying, The story moves on because of many misunderstandings and miscommunication, you can't even say the bad guys are smart, they are just luck the main leads are dumb/don't know how to communicate.I did not feel the chemistry between the leads, and they are very childish... their relationship would suit better if they were the secondary couple or the other person on the love triangle.
It took a very long time to actually finish this drama, cuz I honestly lost interest in it, but wanted to stick out just to see how it unfolds. This drama frustrated me to no ending and I did not like the characters at all. Especially the male lead, he is so unlikable (I like the actor, he's great, despite the bad script),
Just trust me, don't waste you time, 36 episodes of frustration is not good for the heart.

Sweet ... Funny ... Loving...
This drama was really funny till the last few episodes when things got real.Hats off to Liang Jie and Steven Zhang for their phenomenal acting, they can portrayed each other's character out so well, the whole switching of bodies and how they carried out the roles were really funny, especially the episode where the ML had to experience her time of the month, that was just too funny and so cute at the same time. The story is really great, it's about each of the character growth and they're portrayed it so well, having to learn and experience what each person has to go through and how thy have to overcome there obstacles and challenges. For me it was like seeing how our celebrity's have to deal with life, and possible often they don't even have a life as they are always under such scrutiny.
The FL was really awesome in this drama she definitely deserves an award for 2021.
Also the main song and the music in general is really nice, and it went well with certain parts in the drama, this was my first time watching ML and I must admit he really wasn't bad at all and also fine looking,

Childish ...
So the only reason I started this series was because of the ML!!I am really not a fan of the FL and after watching this I see why, she was the most annoying and childish throughout this whole series, and so annoying, how they got her to play this part is beyond my understanding. The rest of the characters were absolutely fun to watch especially the second FL, I feel if she had played this role and made it a bit more serious it would have a fantastic series to watch.
The childish of this series is really unbelievable, honestly I don't think it deserves the rating I gave it. I get that it was a high school drama, but that was more like kindergarten material. The ML was very mature and serious were as the others had that playfulness which set them apart the FL OMG was just so wrong and so daft that she actually spoils the drama, I mean after graduation she still had no clue what to do and was even more childish.
The female lead, super manipulative, and toxic towards a dude who ain’t even that interested in her. Watching her obsess over this dude is just sad.
Definitely Not worth watching again, no matter how much I like the ML, just the thought of the FL is very sickening to watch.

Not Worth it
Compared to the series and the other movie this movie was totally a waste,.it was so dark that you could hardly see the actual movie, I had to screen resolution on bright just to watch it and see what was going on. The story was not what i had expected.
I was not impressed with this movie at all, i think they could have done a better production and story line to this.
The series it self was amazing, with the same characters, but this movie was a real let down and to have it be part of The Untamed i feel its a real disappointment

Cute but not so Cute ....
Okay so to start off with, drama was not really on my watchlist or in my sights to watch it, however I did stumble across it mainly because the two ML looked kind of familiar, it is only after watching the first episode that I realized where they from ...As much I liked and enjoyed Kissable Lips with these two in it, I wouldn't say that this drama was bad or not watchable, these two do have good chemistry and the acting is always good, however the story was kind of boring and literally so see through that you could make out what was going to happen.
I honestly cant say to much of this drama, it was one of those that so is predicable and sort of boring in its own way, the rich kid comes to daddy company to work to prove himself, the landlord working to make ends meet and then get taken for a ride by both of his friends, and then we have the whole self doubt and overthinking and running away after googling some shit instead of just asking straight up ... it was a like a real life coaster with this drama .
Overall: As I said earlier it is not bad, but its not that good either, its short with 8 episodes so probably watch while doing housework or something.

Toxic
WTF .... the trailer to this looked so good, and was one of those that could not wait to be watched, then you actually watch it and holy hell you ask your self what on earth is this?This drama is so toxic that its so unreal. Fah was so annoying and so bloody toxic that i found myself feeling sorry for sher, but then on the other hand, sher just kept going back for more, I get that he had some sort of tramua with love and commitment hence the 1 night stands but gosh the backwards and forwards these two gave us it was like watching a tennis match !!!
The only good thing about this drama was at least most of the actors were cute and decent enough to look at.
This show was terrible.
I wouldn't recommend this, but each person idea to there own.

Holy Hell
OMG!!! This is one the very first BL I am rating 10/10 it was totally awesome!!The only con I have with this is that I watched it ongoing and boy last friday on the last episode it was bitter sweet!!!
Just the best BL you will find out there. Why? Because it's healthy, it's well written, the actors actually has good chemistry and, the most important, ALL ELSE BEING EQUAL, this is the BL drama that will end all BL dramas – PERIOD!
The Music was really awesome and the characters were so well matched and paired up that you could feel the love between them. The story was fantastic and the best part there was no cat fighting or back stabbing or any parents getting in the way.
They stood by each other and worked out they issues together. Although the storyline enemies to lovers is pretty cliché and over used but if it’s done right it came be so beautiful and Bad Buddy does an absolutely perfect job at this.
Watching Bad Buddy is a marvelous way to end 2021 and start 2022…
My Friday nights are sure going to be empty... anyway let go and re watch of this awesome drama in one sitting!!!

Cullinary Skills ...
So I started this after watching "Bite Me" hoping for a bit more than what I got from that, and well I cannot say that I was disappointed, was it better nope!!If I had to compare the food in the previous watched drama was better looking compared to the simply dish in this drama protrayed.
This drama seemed to lacked flow and story line and you kind of had to think of what were their motivations? Why do they do what they do? Why is Jung Woo working with Laura? What is his goal? Why is Do Gun so into keeping true to the basics and so against the innovations and new ideas? Why is he obsessed with working at Laura Dining? What is Laura’s deal? They did not explain anything. Literally not one thing. Who is Jung Woo anyway?
Also the characters did not seem to have any chemistry between them, you get to see the whole apron pull in the first episode and boom we in love, no questions asked, they he find out he lied and his boss betrayed him and he seems to be okay with that like how is that even possible?
There is a lot of room for improvement with this drama -
- the nonsensical plot: why wouldn't the boss just fire the chef and hire the new one?
- choppiness: scenes would just leap from one thing to another,
- the ending, they didn't talk/date for 3 months, what??? The parallel was nice but we all know they should have kissed at the very end.
Overall - Nothing good nothing bad about it, but definately improvements needed to make it great.

A first
So this was my first Japanese BL movie, and although I didn't go into it with high expectations, it was an okay movie.There is RAPE – very GRAPHIC. This is not a spoiler, this is a warning. If you cannot stomach that, then don't watch it.
This is a horribly conceptualized story about obsessive love, control, rape, cognitive dissonance, and abuse. We have an individual who will leave everything in his world behind, everything he has owned and search to the ends of the Earth to find this fig mental "thing" he has deemed his love. Then he will take what he "loves" and FORCE it to "love" him back. DEMAND it. The absurdity of it all is that everyone around the victim seems to believe the victim was blessed to be loved in such a way. The victim sees the absurdity of the situation but then falls prey to this thinking and believes the lie of those around him.
Since this was my first Japanese manga, I didn't get the whole story line. the start the over-acting was hilarious - yeah bad acting - but it was funny and wasn't taking this seriously, as also found some of the character's likeable - not Natsuko (who just went from bad character to worse!) but other character's in that orchestra where quirky and fun to watch.
Defiantly not a good start to the JP Drama!!!
Recommendations are welcomed for any good Japanese BL Dramas!!!

So Not Worth It ....
I am really not understanding the high reviews on this drama, where i Just could not make sense of it and the fact that it is only 3 Ep so you can literally watch this under an hour.The only good thing of this drama is Jeff, which maybe why I only watched.
Have no what the story related too, it was really low budget you can not only tell the cinematography but the sound and all was so bad.
He She It was quite confusing. Yes, there's a bunch of plot holes and plot points where characters make decisions that don't make much sense. The timeline of the story is also all over the place.
Overall: Watch if your really bored and have nothing else or seriously desperate!!!

Just as bad
This drama was really annoying and super bad.Story of two brothers falling in love, its wasn't that interesting again thank goodness it was short Story would have dropped it. The Fl was so unrealistic and annoying.
Nothing happens in this series, it quite literally no reason for it existence.
Absolutely no character development or relationship and no plot. There was no romance or any build up of a something happening.
I literally have nothing else to say about this

Wow this drama really was well worth viewing if not once but more!!!I loved the characters esp. Leo Wu .... The main leads chemistry was off the chart and I especially loved the fact that after 5 years he did come back looking a bit more mature with a slight Hair growth, that just added to his whole hotness !!!
This drama even though may have been long, and broken into parts, was played out and set out... every time line and the flow of the scenes was well played and in a timeously way... there was not second guessing as to what was happening and why ... the elders in the drama were really good, and we didn't have to go through the whole back stabbing and not good enough for this person etc ... I loved Shangsong grandmother, she was supper hilarious and really made the drama exciting, I also the emperor, he came out as a more understanding and compassionate king then a ruthless one ... This story has everything from power struggles not just in crown but each involved families in its surroundings. I can see the well plan of details as well as story as it keeps us in all states of emotions.
The production was well set out and the scenes were right with timing and plot that needed to showed.
The music was good.
Overall, Part 1 & 2 has nicely wrapped up the love & emotions of the leads as well the historical series, with a gripping plot and lovable characters, both leading and supporting. Character relationship in Love Like the Galaxy is one of the most precious and unique parts of the drama, showing every kind of love, and not just romantic. Through interactions and experiences, Cheng Shaoshang has finally come to accept her position in the world, and Ling Buyi has come to trust Shaoshang as not just the person he loves, but as her own separate person.
It well worth watching ... definitely a keeping drama when you need to rewatch with nothing else to go through.
