i saw first episod and they already talk about usa, come on..do we really need to talk about the door in every…
I know right?! I love U.S and live here but it’s hard for me to understand this overfascination. I think it’s getting better though. Just watched 10 year old K-drama and it was even worse back then with heavy use of English vocabulary - which almost gone in modern shows. I think they changed greatly to be more K-culture promoting. And it’s part of the charm of foreign shows - to me nothing is better than to see the uniqueness of a different culture.
How Korean culture creeps in into my home: last time I watched Korean drama I bought a Korean gardening tool… now I want to make scallion pancakes - if you know good recipe send my way 😅Well I just hope I’m not gonna start drinking like a Korean…. 😆
I like it so much when actors follow the same director from drama to drama like a flock of geese 🪿🪿🪿🪿🪿🪿🪿🪿 Overall good start - still getting to know the leads, not in love with them yet (and I’m talking about characters here - Jung^2 are my long time favorite actors) - seems like chemistry wise they are just getting warmed up. Actually enjoyed second couple story development and looking forward to it.
I was wondering where I saw this actor (brother) before! It seems like he bulked up - grew all those muscles since…
Amazing how these actors can gain/loose all that weight so fast. Not much time since LR. Yes - definitely looks like a fun character! The cast is outstanding overall. 🌹
It was a good watch - short and sweet. Enjoyed most of the characters and adorable leads. The first 2 episodes were super funny. The ending hinted at possibility of a second season.
This is the kind of romance movies I'm an absolute sucker for; where two lonely and broken souls form a connection,…
Me again bothering you with questions 😅 Where can I watch this movie? I found it on YouTube with a bit fuzzy quality - not sure if it’s actually it - starts with the airplane scene.
Enjoyable quick watch. Reminds me of the old american shoot’em up action movies. Kind of a fast food type - enjoyable while eating yet not much to remember… Which is great at times for a restful mindless watch. Their equipment is the best - crochetted pink car and a poop truck! 🚛🚗🤣
This is my 4th rewatch and I’m enjoying it even more and keep rewinding a lot of scenes - excellently executed drama on so many levels. One of those when I wish I could understand Korean because so much is lost in translation. Nonetheless even in translation, it’s outstanding in character portrayal and its heartwarming message! 🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️
I rewatched this drama so many times - at first absolutely hated Gi Seok character, then I felt sorry for him…
Oh don’t start preaching on that “cheating” thing…. That relationship already dead by the time she met Ji Ho. But it’s not even the point. I am not here to persuade anyone of my views on this drama, so don’t try to impose your views on me either. This is the best drama in my book - remains and will be because like life it is complicated, but beautiful and wholesome nevertheless.

I would see how you feel in a situation when in 4 years of relationships you weren’t even introduced to your partner’s family. And that’s only one of the reasons. But it says a lot of that partner’s intentions. Her only fault she tolerated all that neglect for so long.
This was a sweet comedy, cute innocent romance and beautiful leads. I appreciated maturity of the writing the most. The best scene is the pinguin hug. The Sweetest Mobster award goes to Jae Su (sorry Ji Hwan)…He was very consistent calling FL “little rat” till the very end of the show! 😅Him saying why he calls Ji Hwan hyuonim was super touching! When plot advanced it seemed it may get intense and violent, however, rare actions scenes felt refreshing (after the sweetness of a romcom) and they managed to keep bloody tension to a minimum - maintaining positive atmosphere throughout.
I frankly lost interest in the last 30min, which is normal for me once the plot is practically resolved and leads get together. Not a big fan of proposals - they never feel right to me, just awkward - all I kept saying “just dont get on your knees!” 😅 Overall funny lighthearted show. And the acknoledgement of the talented crew in the end was great! 👏👏👏
I read that some ppl felt sorry for giseok... are u guys serious??I mean, I can understand to feel bad for him…
I rewatched this drama so many times - at first absolutely hated Gi Seok character, then I felt sorry for him - don’t ask me why 😅. But ultimately what you said is essense of his character and his own fault of failing the relationship. Although Jung In was too generous to say that it was their mutual fault of “failing each other”. I love how mature she is saying that.
Ep 16. The court scene was unnecessary rather would like more time between main leads in the last episode and also Ko Won. Glad they brought the fraudster back - it was funny.
Overall great production, acting, nice leads, supporting characters, humor and message behind the story. A bit lacking in the end hense 9.5/10.
