The point is that they bring them up - most other shows don’t even mention them like living in a sterile society. Maybe underdeveloped and not resolved but they are displayed.
And as for judging how is written and by whom - I hope you can write better 😅

Simply adore this actor - post credit scene in the Spice up our love - where he is signing surprised me. He is so multitalented, kindhearted and charismatic! 🌹❤️🌹

It was silly but cute and the post credit scene was the best!! I adore Lee Sang Yi - his kind and charismatic nature 🌹❤️🌹 I like that they decided to give us these extra two episodes for no other reason than to enjoy both second leads a little longer after No gain, No love ended. 🌹

Sometimes shorter series work much better. And although this was just 12 ep - it felt like 10 would have been perfect. The director and screenwriter need to be honest with themselves and cut it short if they are scrambling for content... Ugh..too bad… On a positive side - most of the show was really fun with complex issues being brought up that are not normally seen in K-dramas. Shin Min Ah and Lee Sang Yi are both my favorites and pleasure to watch, Kim Young Dae was matched with SMA so well and I liked him better in this series than anywhere else. It’s a 8.5/10 for me.

It was enjoyable at first - great actors, humor and picture quality, but became very boring in the end - had to skip through 15-16 just to know the ending. For writing like this, they need to know when to cut it short - 12 ep would be enough.

Violent shows is not my thing…This one was highly rated with a star cast and I started it not knowing what I was getting into. I liked the first five episodes the most. Veteran actors were amazing in the later parts and young actors did so well in action scenes. I like that they showed “bad” guys’ sad past making it more humane. Not something I would ever rewatch though.

IMO the best character of Lee Sang Yi is in Once again. Second lead again but his story was very nice there. It’s a long watch though 50 ep family drama…

Yes, reading the reviews is a double edged sword - especially when drama is airing they get most biased and polar. Also I rarely trust the rating, but the couple of first episodes usually say a lot.
The shows I liked the most usually rate around 8 here on MDL. Like this one is a definite 10 for me - writing, acting, humor and even the killer were all refreshingly good. Although not much romance, but they ended it on a positive note and that’s all was needed for a show like this.

If the writing is good the acting can be tolerable 😊

Oh wow - the rating dropped hard. I think the drama is not that bad at all. Yes the ending was jarring and could have given us more time with the leads - but they made it and that’s all that matters.. lol

I didn’t watch this drama - was checking out new stuff when I noticed your rant and definitely agree. ML is a turn down for me as I’ve seen him in Wedding Impossible - same issue.. Can’t agree more on Lee Sang Yi - such a brilliant actor and always pleasure to watch.

So glad to see the rating shot up. It was one of the first k-dramas I watched and remember it still. Great actors and the story.
