But he got a rude shock to his system after he met WYW and realised that she way more intelligent than him despite the fact that she is autistic. His ego took a great bashing. So he finds excuses to like she got job through connections, that she is given chances because she is autistic, or that an autistic person shouldn't be granted favours or take away other people's hardwork and chance because of sympathy etc. He even felt that WYW didn’t work as hard to earn her place like him and also steals his place n rob his chance to shine. Spotlight is always on her. He even try to backstab her when they had to work on a case together. He felt it was unfair. He was the brilliant one and no one is giving him the attention.

I love how Choi Soo Yeon always put him in his place.

I bet if Min Woo were the one who got the job through connections, he won't feel injustice at all. In fact he will use it to his advantages in the office to make himself look important that he has some connections with the CEO.
