Title The Stain
I need this to have an international release đŸ™đŸ»đŸ™đŸ»đŸ™đŸ»
Read somewhere they are going to, only that they will have it in Thailand’s cinema first. I think listed countries are mostly in east asian and then Latin America I think.

This is why GMM never changes, they knew these shippers/stans (not only JoongDunk’s) would swallow anything…
I wonder how the author felt seeing their work turn out to this. I would be crying.

this is so true. me being a fan I dislike this show so much because all I see is wasted potential. they need a…
This series is flawed on so many sides, while the production itself had problems, I have to say Dunk’s stiff acting took me out too. Just like I want to demand better production from the company, I want Dunk to hone his acting skills too. As a leading man, the level of his acting won’t have made it far if it’s outside of GMM. This might sound harsh but I guarantee there is no HATE from my side. Imagine Chimon (the one who played Champ) with Dunk’s look, he would have made it farther. Don’t get me wrong, Chimon is attractive! Now, imagine Dunk with the range of Chimon’s acting.

Some of us criticize because we want better versions of them but most just take it as hate. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž I guess they don’t want him to get better.

To put it frankly, even the JoongDunk shipper/stan had tolerated this because of the ship. So you know it’s very wrong but instead of calling out these half-assed production they had done, fans goes “as long as it’s JoongDunk, I doesn’t EVEN care”. 😭 As long as this goes on, whether it’s their ship/stans series or the generally produced series by this company won’t change. They are taking cover behind this ignorance of fans. I feel if they want to have better production, they should make some noise. I am mostly on the sites where international fans interact and it’s so frustration how most of the shippers/stans act/react. I hope at least thai fans call GMM out although international fans could had made it louder since GMM relies on international fanbase more (even if it might not look like it).

As for the series itself, calling it DISSAPPOINTING would be an understatement. As a thriller/crime-solving genre lover, I wanted to cry watching this series. I think after episode 3, I skimmed and skipped mostly. Watched each episode under five minutes or so.

And don’t get me started with these medical practices, it seems like they still think it’s the 90 century where viewers didn’t know and would take what was shown in the screen as fact. Nah, don’t mention adults, even kids had learned these practices in this century. They could have make it educational (they have that power since many view bl) but nope, they don’t care.

How do you distract viewers from a bad series with all the poor editing , plot, acting, etc? You simply throw…
This is why GMM never changes, they knew these shippers/stans (not only JoongDunk’s) would swallow anything shoved down their throat as long as two men flirt/kiss and have NC scenes, truly saddening. GMM has no shame for being such a big company, produces a large among of thai bl by producing so many flawed series. And these shippers/stans don’t have self-respect and their behavior made GMM spread their wings. I wished more fans would make some noise so GMM would stop with their ignorance. This series could have been golden if it was made by another company.

I agree! as long as you're being respectful you should be able to share your opinion, even if it’s a negative…
As a wise person said, in MDL, most of the series with high ratings are the underwhelming ones that fans had hyped/voted for and the ones with average or low ratings are actually the gems that didn’t get the attention of the audience or voted down by other fandoms who wanted their stans’s series/drama to stand tall, once again, nasty behavior. I think we can go with this wise person when it comes to MDL ratings. And yes, most people who is familiar with the shipping world know this, it is not only in bl world but mostly there.

Yes, most complains about the story that didn’t live up to its genre here but I feel that some only react when someone called out Dunk’s acting, blaming this and that (which really was flawed too) to dodge his stiff acting.

I wish I could have said “if you only want praises, maybe you should created a chat group and invite only those who praises your stans to enjoy “the positive atmosphere” you craved. Why are you chasing anyone from a public site that exist for giving opinions” to those who said “don’t like, don’t watch. Why are you commenting? You are destroying the enjoyment for others”.

You literally can't leave an honest review anywhere anymore, Reddit, Twitter, MDL, without being labeled a jealous…
So true, but I still feel that there are decent people on Reddit who could actually take a criticism. I don’t really use much social media, for my own sanity. I feel that the more you stay away from these “socializing”, the happier you will be. But from the ones I use, I could see how a group of people swarms and attack people who was only stating a fact, something in their world that it wasn’t. Maybe they think just because they are many, they are right. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž But everyone with a brain would have seen it wasn’t the case.

Loving actor/s is fine, but one should really learn to put a line. Some people are really out there acting like these grown a$$ actors are toddlers who couldn’t accept a good slap. Sometime what they need might just be that good slap to make them strive for their better selves.

I am really happy to hear that you as a Dunk’s bias actually saw his acting as it was and want him to level up, wish he have more fan like you so he could change himself, in the field of acting. Because as a lead, he really needs to work it up and earn it.

If I was Dunk or his fans, I would have taken these constructive criticism over the fan/boy girl praises any time. At least I would know who really wants my best.

Well said! What bothers me in these comment sections (not only here, but here are some really loud examples) are…
Yes, they are blaming every other things and everyone else except their stans. And true, it is nasty behavior when you force your opinion on others.

Don’t really know how it was before but yeah, comment section nowadays are taken over by shippers and stans that won’t accept a different opinion than theirs, which really is sad because that isn’t how it was supposed to be. We should respect everyone’s opinion. I prefer Reddit to determine if I should watch a series/drama.

I feel like most of the ones here would be sitting in a corner crying if they ever encountered the comments on Reddit of this series.

I guess they only want to hear lies. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž I feel like they are afraid maybe others—those who are new to the ship, who come for the story—would see those “negative/hate” comments and won’t give this series a chance. In actuality, it was these honest criticisms which would have saved them the embarrassment. The viewers had at least continued while being warned of what was there if they started the series. Imagine this, you are new to this ship and everyone in the comments said the series was great, a masterpiece, the acting was decent and you trust them and pressed the play button to find out what it really was. If it were me, I would have felt deceived.

Some people really need to learn to accept criticism. If you can accept the biased praises showered on this comment section and review section (which I personally feel like they were sarcasm because they were anything that the series wasn’t) for such a series as this, you could take some honest comments made by people who think they deserved more for a paid series. Yes, some of us actually watch legally by paying, thus we have every right to express our feelings too. You can express your praises but we can’t express our dislike? That is not how it works, right?

And telling a person who was conveying their feelings to “stop watching if you don’t like” doesn’t made this series any more likable and it’s actually kinda rude. Everyone have the right to express themselves in the given space for it for something they have watched. They might actually be someone who has to end what they had started, not that they want to torture themselves.

And before someone would go check my account and claim me to be a troll just because my account was newly created, yes, I have created this account newly which I had refrained from creating before just because I don’t want to engage in these small fan wars in the comment section. However, this being my first series of 2026 and there surely will be some other drama I want to vote for and review, I have decided to create one against my better judgment. Can’t wait to review this series after tonight’s episode. Finally, I can put this behind tonight.
