So I went in expecting the worst, but all I saw was underwear, guys. This is olden days panties y'all, made of sparkling white silk, how many pairs did they have? How was it maintained, is there a different style for the lunar cycle? I have curious questions.

I fell out of touch with this drama at some point, but Empress Xueji kept me watching it and I'm glad I did, it was genuinely refreshing to see a human empress not focused on making life for the harem populace miserable.
Huaiyang's mama putting her sister in her place was so satisfying to watch 🤓😂

This drama is winning, the leads look esthetically pleasing to the eye, except when the ML is all awkward around FL. This awkward vibes feel less and less like acting or is this Zhang Wan Yi's normal acting vibes? 🤔
