Why is the MDL rating so low? I’m in episode 25 and am loving this drama, love the story. Bin Bin looks absolutely stunning as Luo Ge, leads have great chemistry. The entire cast is gorgeous. I’ve watched a lot of xianxia and this is on par with many of them. Hidden gem, more people need to watch

Actors were great but the script ending was ridiculous

Loved the actors, great acting, good start to the drama and the plot was interesting at the beginning the ending was so convoluted and rushed. Wished they had explored it a bit more. Last 2 episodes of emotional torture for the viewers followed by his presumed death that is never properly explained and her delusions. They mange to totally screw up the entire ending.

Haters just gonna hate. Lots of MDL ratings seem off lately. I’m enjoying this drama, love the first 2 couples, great chemistry and dynamic. They are trying to handle a heavy topic and that’s always difficult. Episode 34 was so sad, loving someone but letting them go for their own good. Ugh such bullshit but I can also understand his concern. Anyone who has dealt with mental health, especially severe knows that it can be lifelong even with treatment and dragging someone you love into all of that would be difficult.

Why do People complain so much??? If you don’t like it drop it. Yes it’s toxic but it’s FICTION. Nobody would like this in real life but FANTASY is fun.

And apparently the people complaining haven’t watched other dramas (Xianxia) where everyone is abused and the world is scorched.

I am loving and drowning happily in this hot mess.

It’s also nice to see adults behaving like adults. We kiss, we have sex, relationships get messy. I’m so tired of dramas making their characters virgins

Haters gonna hate! I am quite enjoying this drama, it’s a toxic mess and I love it. I’m not sure why everyone is saying the plot is not clear, I think it’s quite good and more being revealed every episode. Again I crush dramas, meaning I’ve seen a lot and this one has a lot going for it. I think the 1 per day episode drop is frustrating people. Those saying they are lost might get more out of it watching the entirety once it’s complete. At the very least you can enjoy the gorgeous men and women, stunning costumes and desert scenery. And yes the overdrawn lipstick is annoying but don’t crucify a show for that.
